Wear a size 9 in most shoes. (Calvin Klein, etc). These fits true to size, as ALL my Pelle Moda shoes do. This is my SIXTH pair. I have 5 pairs of "Berlin" and this pair of black 'Kenley', which is basically the Berlin with a pointy toe. I have a fairly normal/slim width foot and slender ankles. BUT I have medium bad bunions on both feet. I've found this is the ONLY shoe. well the Berlin and now the Kenley, that is comfortably cut below the bunion. Right on the bottom edge of the bunions, so it's not like there's a huge bunion sticking out of the shoe. But cut a HAIR below the bunions therefore the shoe is extremely comfortable. Was concerned about the pointy front of the shoe, but MY toes are not squished at all. And I do have long narrow toes. I can actually wiggle them a bit. There is a tiny bit of "toe cleavage". Nothing nasty looking. Height is perfect. And with the ankle strap I don't wobble in them. It's has slight padding inside, but not a thick arch support, so if you have high arches you may need an 'insert'. I don't find I need that. Super comfortable, modern, and classy.

Love, LOVE these shoes- saw them on a friend recently and came home and ordered them. Sexy but kitten heels with the ankle strap is perfect and the toe is cut low so it isn't painful there either. HIGHLY recommend them.

Amazingly comfortable for dressy shoes. I was able to wear all night without any pain and I was on my feet a lot. They’re really cute too!

This is a truly beautiful shoe. Bought them to wear to a wedding and received numerous compliments. The ankle strap is adjustable and comfortable - which is not always the case! They do seem a bit fragile, but most suede dress shoes require a bit more care. Tried them on with skinny jeans and with a dressier top they are great for an evening out. Nice to know that I will be able to wear them without having to wait for a special occasion. They are a bit pricey, but dang, they look good!

I really liked the shoes, but the toe is extremely pointed, and I didn't realize that from the pictures. Too extreme for my foot, but otherwise pretty shoe.

Super comfy and super cute. I always have a hard time keeping my heel in a shoe. Which can cause a fall and at 66 that's not a good idea. The ankle strap does the trick I can walk with confidence!

I bought 6 pairs of shoes for the dress for my sons wedding wedding and these were the number one choice from everyone! They are stylish but I cant comment on comfort as I have not worn to any function.

Great looking heels and comfortable! I always go a 1/2 size up in heels for comfort purposes just my preference.

These are beautiful shoes but not comfortable.

A little to tight in the ball due to a bunion. color was not what I expected. It is more gray than taupe. Lovely shoes but I have to return them.

A darling shoe but unfortunately the edge of the toe box rubbed on a bone next to my little toe (always an issue). If that wasn’t the case I would have loved the shoe.

Fit just right very comfortable. Only thing I disliked was the color is just too light. A bit darker suede would have been perfect.

Loved these shoes, but they arrived with a scratch that had been obviously repaired. Zappos gave me a 1/5 discount, as they were unable to exchange the shoes due to no stock. Not totally happy with small amount of discount, as they should have noted issue and shipped me a perfect pair

Cute style, mostly comfortable. Not high enough quality for the price. Man made sole separating from the shoe upon first light office wearing. Will have to return.
