The zippers on this boot are cheap and useless. They get stuck everytime I try to wear them.

I loved the idea of these boots, but they weren't right for my feet. I found them easy to get in and out of with the zippers and the gores, but my foot wasn't a good fit for this boot. They rubbed when I walked, and thicker socks didn't fix that problem.

Disclaimer: I did not keep these boots. They are nice looking. They fit true to size and were really comfortable. They are nicely lined. The zippers are easy. Good traction on the bottom. It was tough deciding between these and another brand. I went with the other brand only because they were higher on my calf. I live in the midwest and we can get a lot of snow. Nothing worse than snow in your boot. Height was really the only issue.

These are really cute boots, but were half a size large. Even with thick socks, I was sliding around in there. Zippers get stuck easily and require a little care when using.

Awesome book-just not what I needed. Amazing cute look but needed more of a rugged outdoor and more "waterproof" than this since I was heading for deep snow. Also I wasn't too happy about how much room (air) got in through the top, was hoping since it's for the winter months, that it would be a little bit more snug around my calf (and I have large calfs) but there's quite a bit of space there. Otherwise very cute looking boot!

These boots are comfortable and the two zippers on either side are nice. I wear a 10 and they are roomy enough for thicker socks if need be. I like the look and the sole is sturdy.

I needed an easy-on, waterproof short boot and I am so happy with this boot! When my boots arrived we were in the middle of a dreary cold rainy week and I wore them immediately. PERFECT. I got the tan color and they look so nice, not at all clunky. They are very comfortable with or without socks. The fur lining is not too fluffy which is fine. Traction is very good too. I wear an 8 Medium and the size was good for me. The quality is very nice as well. I have watershoes in this brand and like them alot.

The day after I received these boots, we had a light freezing rain over an icy snow pack from a few days previously. What a test for these boots - they passed with flying colors. Initially, I was attracted to the look and price of this boot and, happily, they seem like more expensive boots to me. The inside "fur" isn't the thickest, but my feet were warm enough in 29 degree weather. A regular pair of socks made them fit just right; without socks, they seemed a tad too big. I love the taupe color, even my husband commented on how nice they look, and he never notices things like that. The double zippers are nice, but I just needed one. And the traction is amazing, at least in the conditions described above. Thanks, Zappos!

This boot fit true to size and the footbed was comfortable with plenty of room in the toe box for an orthotic. The only problem for me is the bunionette on the outside of one foot rubbed and was instantly painful. Without that, the boot would be perfect for me. Sadly, I have to return them. :(

I REALLY like these boots, understated, comfortable snow boots, just what I was looking for. I've order two pairs at separate times, the zippers on the first pair worked fine when I put them on but when trying to take them off, the zippers both got stuck half way down & it took me forever to inch them down far enough so I could remove the boots. I returned the boots & ordered another pair thinking maybe it was just the zipper on that pair. Wrong! The zipper on the second pair did the same thing so sadly I returned them also.

Had extreme difficulty getting zippers down and up, had to use a pliers.

Can barely review these as it was extremely difficult to zip them. All the zippers would catch the lining and refuse to zip. Battled with them for over half an hour. They seem cute and comfy, but must return.

Purchased as a gift for my mom so I can’t judge on fit, but pulled these adorable boots out of the box and the zipper immediately got stuck on the fabric/nylon gusset. I SO wanted these boots to be perfect because they look cute, durable and have a good sole, but the zipper would surely be a problem. Had to return as defective because I was never able to get the zipper un-stuck.

The zippers on each side of the boot were difficult to unzip because the zippers catch on the inside of the boot. And I mean the zippers get VERY stuck, making it extremely hard to unzip the boot to put it on or get it off. So it doesnt matter how attractive or well-fitting the boot is -- getting it unzipped is beyond annoying.

Good boots. Easy on and off. Moderately warm. Plenty of room for a heavy sock. Very pleased.

I love these boots! They are my go to every time I leave the house. Easy on and off and warm.

These boots are really comfortable and cute. The zipper does get caught up in the fabric a little bit if you pay attention while zipping there is no problem.

These shoes were great, but needed a half size smaller. Super cute, and kept my feet warm in the snow.

I loved these shoes, they are comfortable and stylish, with even enough room for my arthritic enlarged right foot. The problem is the zippers on both sides of the shoes - they stick and I am afraid they will tear or break. I cant tell what they are getting stuck on, it doesn't look like the cloth. I figured its better to be safe than sorry, though, so back they are going. I would try another pair of these in the future, if they return.

I said that it fit perfect but actually a bit loose. Perfect with winter socks! Purchased for winter travel and walking tours. In addition to warm lining, they seem to have adequate arch support and are lightweight - two important features for me.

Usually I wear a 7.5 or 8 and the 8 fit well with athletic socks with some room to spare - if you wanted a bigger fit i'd go 1/2 size up. I look forward to wearing these in the snow! Look fashionable enough to me :-)

True to size and very comfortable. Cute and stylish however what everyone wrote about the zipper is true, very tricky and sticky! You have to use your opposite index finger to hold down the material flap before you zip or it gets stuck and zipper won’t budge. Has working zippers on both side though so you can choose the easier one. I’m able to slip them off without unzipping

The zippers are a bit stiff in opening and closing. I am hoping that with continuous use they loosen up. Also i ordered them for a low sale price off season so I don;t know yet how they handle in snow and cold. They feel good on my feet though.

Great boots, but were a bit big - even with two pairs of socks, my foot was slipping around in there. In any case, they are super cute...hope they are warm!

Was looking for some winter boots for my mom, but they had to be vegan, and these fit the bill. They look great, and are very comfortable, the only concern are the zippers on the sides. They did not move up and down very freely, so some care will have to be exercised in putting them on and taking them off, so as not to break them. Hopefully it will work out, because otherwise they are great!
