Why aren't shoes shaped like feet? I think I start all reviews that way. Nothing makes a person crankier than uncomfortable shoes. I purchased Kitty Concert for myself and Dog House Party for my daughter. Despite reviews saying the shoes fit wider feet, Kitty Concert felt very narrow. Squished my toes together at the top of the shoe to the point that they had no movement. Going up a size would have made them too long. I had a bunionectomy two (2) years ago and there's no way I'm going to tolerate shoes that smoosh my toes, so Kitty Concert is going back. Out of curiosity, I thought I'd try the Dog House Party, as they looked wider. Wouldn't you know it, they *are* wider than Kitty Concert! My toes weren't completely crammed like with Kitty Concert, but they still weren't super comfortable for me. I've encountered this before in other brands, so I wasn't too shocked. For reference, Birkenstock 38Ns fit me to perfection, so I don't have abnormally wide feet.
