Perfect winter boots! They do run small. Buy these boots!

I loved the style of these boots. The height was great, and I would have loved to wear them with jeans and skirts. However, they were just a bit too narrow for me, and I found that the second pair of botties I ordered, C width, were more comfortable. Regrettably I returned.

The only problem with this boot is when the hell goes - Who has the same design at a sole repair shop to replace it????? I have a pair I love but now the heel is ripped and the company doesnt provide replacement soles.

Shopping Zappos is always a fabulous experience. This time wasn’t any different. I was unfamiliar with the brand & was going to have to order the booties without ever trying on anything from Jambu. I spoke to ‘Mike.’ He easily answered all my questions. The booties arrived & I couldn’t open the box fast enough! I immediately put them on. They are gorgeous & comfortable. They are winter boots, but could easily be worn for a casual evening. Because of a previous review, I felt these could run small. I ordered a half size up and they are perfect! I see myself buying more shoes from Jambu in the future. Highly recommend!

My suggested size on Zappo was 8.5 but I have tried these boots on and knew I needed a 9 which fit perfectly! These are so comfortable with just the right heel lift. I would totally recommend them to anyone!

These are very cute and unique in a retail world of boring and homogenous clothing! Kind of a 'practical glam' style. They were very comfortable, and if you have wide feet like I do you won't be squeezed. The heel height is nice and I could see getting a lot of wear out of them. I ended up returning them because I needed something for work, and felt the heel was a little shaky for the kind of practicality I needed (due to being a bit to small, like a high heel). I would also note it might be difficult to repair or resole due to the unique heel. I would've kept them if I didn't need them for work, though. Jambu, keep making interesting and practical footwear!

I tried a half size larger in this style and it still was going to be a struggle to get my foot all the way in, even with a thin sock. Sure wish they would have fit, I love the look of this boot!

I have two pairs of the fur lined Jambu snow boots in size 6,and these felt quite a bit narrower. When I tried to put my foot into the shoe part of the boot with a thin sock on, it was quite narrow at the neck and I didn't want to force my foot in. I had the laces loose all the way to the bottom. So I'm going to try a half size larger to see if that helps. I love Jambu because of the way they form the toe area to fit the contour of a foot.
