These boots are close to perfection. They are super cute and were very comfortable right out of the box. The heel is high enough to look good with this season's straight-leg jeans without being so high that they tire out my feet and calves. Even though it's a pull-on, the stretchy side gussets allow for a pretty narrow shaft, so there isn't a huge gap around my ankles ... I like this, but I can see how it might be too narrow for some people's tastes. My only real concern with these boots is how they are going to hold up down the road. Overall, they seem to be made of high quality materials and well-constructed, but like most boots these days, the "stacked heel" is fake ... just a leather veneer wrapped around a plastic block. What inevitably happens to all my boots like this is the veneer gets scraped off in places and exposes the plastic underneath, which makes even expensive boots look trashy. I wish Zappos would do something about not allowing companies to claim their shoes have a stacked heel when they really only have the superficial appearance of a stacked heel. Also, I wish Zappos would give reviewers the opportunity to rate on quality or craftsmanship, not just comfort and style.

Beautiful boot and very comfortable. Runs very large. 8 fits like a large 8.5. Almost too big but works with winter socks. Love Kirk-Ease but they HAVE to get their sizing together. I’ve literally had to return and order a different size of every product I’ve ever purchased from them. Sizing is all over the board.

Beautiful boot, easy to put on. Someone mentioned a fake heel, they are solid wood, I have a similar pair of kork ease Chelsea boots and the exact same heel has held up great.

Despite having No zipper , they work really well . The gores on both sides move open easily and gold back for a seamless look ! I am Sold!! Kork Ease is more than just A comfort Brand to me now . I fight Lupus SLE so it has pushed me to look for fashionable Comfort driven shoes . Don’t sleep on this Brand ladies they have something for everybody. I don’t usually do reviews or pictures, but I want to Help you Ladies see the real picture (image ) of these Beautiful simple well crafted Boots . I Love shoes so I feel I am a pretty decent judge of Character and value where they are Concerned ?

The fit and the size of these boots were spectacular. The only thing I hate about these boots is the heel. I purchased in January, now in March the heel has worn down so bad there is no rubber left. They are falling apart in jut 2.5 months of owning them. For the price, i expected them to last me 2-3 years with proper car (which I did take care of them. every week I polished the leather). I wish they would have held up better! Luckily Kork Ease was super easy to work with and is giving me a full refund.

For me these boots ran a bit wide but not enough to size down. I am a true 8.5 medium and ordered the 8.5, which is a little wobbly on my lower volume feet. I added a SuperFeet insert to stabilize the wobble and that worked great (plus increased the comfort of the booties). I'm going to keep them because I love the color and timeless styling. They are probably not a good option for narrow feet; best on a higher volume feet. The brown full grain color is a gorgeous cognac color. I received multiple compliments on these the first day I wore them. As for the customer comment about Kork-Ease craftsmanship and the heel, the booties I received do indeed have a wood stack heel. It's the same type of heel found on Frye boots. Very sturdy and supportive. I found the overall craftsmanship of these booties to be high.

I've been wearing these for about a week, and they're one of a few shoes I've bought that felt comfortable immediately, no breaking-in needed or initial blistering/chafing. I like the style a lot, though they do have a little bit of a utilitarian/rainboot look. They do slip a tiny bit when I walk, though I think it's just the style (they're slightly wide at the top). Overall I like them, they're comfy and I'll be keeping them!

Unlike other reviews, I found these true to size. Leather is super soft and has a modest worn look to it. So far, so good on the heel.

Love these so much I ordered another color. The heel height is perfect -- gives a little lift but low enough to wear all day. The leather is also a good in between vibe -- not too shiny and dressy, not too rustic either. Shaft up the leg is narrow enough that pant hem can be pulled over the boots -- but I tend to fold my skinny jeans. They run about 1/2 size big -- I'm usually an 8, occasionally a 7-1/2. I know Kork-Ease tends to run big, so I ordered the 7-1/2, and they're perfect. Comfortable out of the box.

I love this boot, bought gray, had to go back for the black ! Fortunately (for fixing) I have had other high end shoes that squeaked between the insole and the base of the shoe, these also did on one shoe. I know how to fix by simply placing a layer of cotton fabric between the 2 surfaces. No, that shouldn't happen on a shoe this price, but all is well and I am happy. Comfortable out of the box.

I sized up because of the reviews to a 7, but had to return to get 6.5 (my usual) which fit beautifully! So comfortable and stylish. Love them.

I absolutely love these booties. Super comfy right out of box. Zappos customer service and shipping RULE. I have been a long long time customer and never once have I had a bad experience with Zappos. I wear a 6-6.5 and I got a 6 and a 6.5 and the 6 fit a tiny bit snug but not uncomfortable at all. The 6.5 was definitely too big though. I’m sure they will give a little after wearing some. Very happy with this purchase. Quality is awesome.

Nice boots! Beautiful leather, slightly narrow, but comfortable!

I bought these in brown suede and they are very comfortable. I bought them to wear to a football game. The heel height is good. My foot is a little wide and they are fine. I think they are very cute for a casual boot. No zipper but they pull on just fine.

These fit amazing straight out of the box. I wore them to an outdoor event and was on my feet for 5 hours. No blisters, no pain, these are AWESOME. They ran TTS for me, plenty of room in the toe box. I bought the suede ones and the color is gorgeous. I've worn it with black and brown so far, it's a good in between cognac color. I did use some waterproofing spray on them before I wore them and they took the spray well. Highly recommend so far!

Due to other reviews ordered half size smaller than typical shoe size, fit perfect. Beautiful boots. Stylish and comfortable. Opted for the gray color.

I am usually a 7.5-8, and the 7.5 was perfect. These are beautiful, but just a bit to "dressed up" for me. I need them for casual events and felt they were too nice!

I usually wear 8.5 in boots and shoes and sometimes a 9 in ballet flats and sandals. The 8.5's were too long and too narrow. The 8's were a little tight, so had to return both. I am very disappointed because these are beautiful boots. These will work for you if you happen to have narrow feet and get lucky with the size.

These boots are beautiful. I ordered the brown and they are very rich looking. They are leather lined and beautifully made. However, these are not for women with narrow feet. My narrow feet swam in these, even though they were the correct length. They were wide and my heel slipped with every step. I had to send them back.

These are very cute boots, but they did not fit my feet AT ALL. They are probably great for narrow and relatively flat feet, but I have a medium-wide toebox and very high arch. Also they are very stiff. That said, they look great, and the brown color was beautiful.

I’m almost always a 6.5 but with some shoes I could size up to a 7. With these, I’d size up a full size though I’m unsure if this would affect the width as they are incredibly narrow and may still not fit properly. They are a gorgeous shoe though. They seemed to be made quite well.

Loved these boots, but they were way too big! Had to return, and the next size down wasn’t available.

I wanted to keep these boots so badly but the right boot was too snug and I was afraid it would not stretch. They are true to width I believe but I have changes to my right foot that make it wider.
