Very warm, soft, nice. Bought for my 15y.o. daughter, she likes it.

The picture shows a beautiful bright pink color. Mine are barely pink, almost white. They are soft, they fit well, and they are extremely warm. I wore them in Colorado in February, it was in the 30s and I was toasty warm. The sound on the Bluetooth is great, I have a hearing problem and they are nice and clear.

Figuring out the Bluetooth was a breeze they feel great on the volume isn't bad only thing I didn't like is that my button that says UGG came broken and the tags were just laying in the box. Gave me vibes someone's else had them on overall very cute and will be in love when my fixed item come!!

Nice product for cold weather. Especially if you don't like wearing hats, these will protect your ears.

I was very excited about these earmuffs - I had my first pair of ugg earmuffs for NINE years, and couldn't make it through a winter without them. I was excited to upgrade to the bluetooth version and no longer have to try and stick my earbuds underneath the earmuffs which can be uncomfortable. These are still just as warm as my first pair, which I love, and I am not thrilled with the sound quality of the bluetooth. If you listen to any music with a heavy bass the sound quality is immediately not as good, and if you listen above a certain volume (and I don't mean blasting all the way up) the quality also goes down. I got them on sale - I would have been very upset if I paid full price. The convenience of not needing earbuds under my earmuffs is great but buyer beware.

The earmuffs as a winter accessory are terrific. They are warm, stylish, and fit well. However, the bluetooth has seemingly stopped working. I've charged them overnight, but when I turn them on and connect to my phone, they refuse to produce sound. I've tried to forget them from my phone, but now they just won't pair at all. I am really disappointed because the whole point was to be able to listen to podcasts on my walks during this cold weather.

Just a lil odd came in a plastic bag with the lid missing of case to earmuffs. It's the little things that make you wonder if this was a returned item.

My earmuffs were defective. They stayed at MAX VOLUME or silent. No matter how many times I tried to adjust the volume using my phone's controls, there was no sound adjustment. I do not like that there are no volume control options on the headset itself (the buttons could have been hidden like the on/off switch is inside the ear cover). Otherwise, I like the earmuffs. I purchased these in stormy grey because the color is practical and fits with any style. I walk the city even in bitter cold weather, so having comfortable and warm earmuffs that could play my soundtracks was great - except for the defective volume thing.

I haven't used it for listening to music yet.

These earmuffs do not work. I tried two orders and they would not connect to Bluetooth. I even did troubleshoot with Ugg and with Zappos and they could not get them to work either.

The earmuffs are super cute, but because the functionality of the speaker wasn't well designed they're not that comfortable - actually they're a little uncomfortable. Also the microphone in them is pretty bad but if you're looking for earmuffs that you can listen to music in they're decent

I was so excited to get these because I knew they would be luxurious and soft. When they arrived, however, I was disappointed in how scratchy they felt. The fur is not soft at all. In fact the only soft part is a small part that doesn't touch the skin. These are also not adjustable so they feel too big for me. I haven't tested the Bluetooth yet so I can't review based on that. I'm still hoping for the best quality because they are made by Ugg.

thought it would be cushy and soft. A little uncomfortable in the head strap, and the fur is really itchy. It isn't very soft, and the fur comes out to a single touch. Would not recommend.

The sound is going out on the left ear! I also think there could be more bass in the sound. I will be exchanging these for a new pair.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my mother and was very disappointed in 3 things 1. The size it's non adjustable so they are too big for her 2. The fur sheds off very easily 3. The worst of it the speakers rattle when playing music and makes it unbearable overall terrible product and ruined my Christmas.
