I ordered the dark grey distressed Felicia. The toes and the seams are a little distressed, the rest of the boot is not. My boot collection consists of nothing but Frye boots... I love each pair and have never been disappointed, best quality leather for your money. These boots are not Frye's, but still pretty nice for the money. My issues are based more on personal preference than flaws or defects. First: the seam down the front of the boot is, well... down the front of the boot. Its distracting and in my opinion doesn't belong there. Second, there is way to much room in the ankle area giving a baggier effect than depicted in the pics above. For reference, I have typical ankles, not too skinny, not fat. Lastly, the laces in the back do tighten, but the leather lace is think and wiry. If I keep them, I'll be tying the lace on the inside or maybe replacing the laces with something else. Compliments now... the grey sueded leather is soft and pretty, a true grey in daylight with a very slight brownish tint indoors. The lining is a soft velvety plaid, really comfy feeling. The 7.5 felt true to size, however I can't speak about comfort just yet. I'm about 5'3" and they come up right under my knee, a great height. I want to love them, but not sure just yet.

Practically perfect in every way! I love the Felicia Born suede boots. The shaft fits perfectly, not huge in the calf as tall boots so often are; I love the look of the ties, even if I don't need to tighten them to make the shaft width smaller. The rounded toe makes the boot comfortable as well as good-looking. Boots are so often clunky and have the look of wellingtons. These do not! They fit snugly in the ankle and I love the slight sloping angle of the top of the boot as well. It took me several tries, trying on several pairs of boots to find the right ones but these are finally it!!!

Love them! Lots of girl power style, I feel strong, lean and tall in them, and I’m only 5’2”!

I absolutely love these boots. A lot of padding and comfort, the heel is just high enough to be feminine but low enough for all day walking.

I just recieved these boots. I bought a pair of Born boots several years ago and they are my all time favorite boot. I still get compliments on them. I generally wear a 9 but my boots are a 10. They were a little roomy but I added an arch support and like to wear boot socks with them and they fit great. I decided to order these in a 10 even though the site was recommending a 9. I am so glad I did as these are not nearly as roomy in the toe box (slimmer design) and I will have to choose between the added arch supports or the boot socks. These boots fit like a glove but there is no way I could have worn a 9.5 and certainly not a 9. I decided to take the chance as they have free returns. I can tell you these aren't going back. I am already in love!

I’m usually too lazy to write reviews, but these boots deserve one (and Zappos is awesome, they arrived in less than 12 hours). I have “difficult” feet with two precious bunion surgeries with less than perfect healing, they often hurt and it’s just so damn difficult to find shoes that I can wear for longer than 5mins. But.... these boots fit well, they’re wide enough without being ridiculous - especially because my ankles are small so wider shoes usually swim and end up being uncomfortable for other reasons. *sigh. These boots look amazing and are super comfortable. They’re also quiet, none of that obnoxious clomping some of the more woodys soles produce. Super high quality stuff, I highly recommend them!

These boots are FABULOUS but sadly did not work for me and my big ole athletic calves. I’m still giving them a 5-star review because it’s not the boot’s fault!

I love these boots, very stylish. The dark charcoal gray is a little more brown than expected.

True to size, calf width must be on the skinny side because they fit me well where other boots leave huge gaps.

Just got my new Born Felicia boots and I have to tell someone how wonderful they are, so guess I’ll tell Zappos! Wow...they are exactly what I was hoping for, very comfortable, not too trendy and the rough suede gives them a bit of an edge. My feet are weird ( flat footed, wide with an ugly bunion) and I am old, so I was a bit worried. ??I think I can wear these for many hours with a light sock, and I also love the black suede little ties to loosen up the calf area if necessary....genius! I am very particular and despise heavy boots/shoes....these are NOT heavy either....perfect! I usually wear a 9 or 10 and decided to get these in a 10 because they are boots. Thanks Zappos, theses are keepers!!!??

These boots are adorable, and the price was terrific. They do look distressed/worn, so if someone wants a pristine-look, this is not the boot. However, those wanting a casual and cute look will get it. I'm a mother of late teenagers, and we all love this boot. It's very comfortable, and I have a narrow foot so wear the boot with very thick socks, and that works.

I already owned this boot in the brown and snagged the gray on sale. Fits my apparently skinny calf perfectly - and not tight in the toe box. So many compliments on this boot!

Can't go wrong with Bjorn shoes and boots. The leather is real and the fit is always comfy. I highly recommend these boots.

Love these boots! I have a very small calf and these fit me perfect! Everything about this boot gets 5 stars! I also have the distressed Grey ones as well. True to size as well.

I bought these really cute boots for my daughter to wear at college. She said they were both comfortable and warm and she does a lot of walking in very cold weather. She normally wears a 6.5 or 7 and the 6.5 fit well.

Great boot. It is a little Western but perfect for causal wear. The color is a grayish brown which I really like - goes with so much. Very comfortable. The ties in the back helped give a little extra room in the calf. I usually find regular calf too small and wide too big - these were perfect for me.

I love these boots! True to size the calf isn’t to wide as I have a thin leg. It’s hard to find a boot that fits me well.

Love these, super comfortable, one boot is slightly bigger than the other, but I think that is more the differences in my feet than the shoe! NO breaking in, perfect from the moment I put them on.

I ordered the black distressed. They are beautiful! The calf was very snug but with a little tugging I was able to zip them all the way up. They were very comfortable right out of the box. I love my new boots and would recommend the Born Felicia to anyone looking for a comfortable stylish boot.
