Really cute boots but there is NO arch support at all. Since I could not use orthotics I had to return. They are really attractive however not for my feet.

I tried these one with just a nylon footie sock and they were incredibly tight. I wear a size 10 and have a high arch. There's no way I could wear them with a regular sock. It's difficult for me to assess comfort otherwise because my whole foot was being squeezed so tightly.

I would love this boot in every single color known to man (and woman). They are just DELICIOUS, and you should buy a pair TODAY.

The greatest bootie ever! I was so blown away by these. They fit perfectly, take no breaking in, and are soooo beautiful. I initially bought the brown ones, but had to go back and get the black too because they're too perfect. Still wish they'd bring the Niny back, but these have a somewhat similar edgy yet classy look that I will enjoy for years :)

This boot boasts the high quality any customer familiar w the Born brand has come to expect. I have very sensitive finicky feet and these don’t rub or hurt ANYWHERE or in any way which is nothing short of astonishing! They are great walking boots, flexible and cushioned but also have a stylish, slightly edgy look. Will look great w black leggings, skinny distressed jeans or skirts/dresses. If you have trouble finding the perfect balance of style and comfort, this is your boot!

These boots are gorgeous. The leather is nice and soft. I like how the buckles are adjustable and the side zippers are helpful. These boots are so well made and I love how they can pair well with jeans or a dress. Can't wait to wear these every day this fall and winter.

Another beautifully crafted boot from Born! Returning only because I decided on a lace-up shoe for an upcoming walking tour. But felt great and looked sharp.

I love the look and style of these, but they're too small. I have 2 other pairs of Born boots, so I was surprised that my usual style was too small. I had to return them.

I have to start by saying that I'm a huge Born fan. I always search them first when I'm in need of some footwear. That being said, I'm kind of disappointed in this boot. It's smaller and has less support than I have come to expect from Born. I could size up, but I expect to feel like I'm walking on a cloud when I wear Born, but these are harder and flatter. I could have serious back pain half way through the day. Basically, it's a good shoe for another brand but I have higher expectations for Born.

This boot is very stylish and sleek but after trying to wear them a few times thinking I can break them in, I found them to just be too narrow. Ordered another style.

I'm so sad. These are beautiful boots but they are terribly uncomfortable. I usually love Born and they usually fit my feet really well. But these don't. Grateful for Zappos's return policy. But sad because they're gorgeous!

I have worn Born for years always a 7.5. Last year I tried to buy a pair and the 7.5 was too small the 8 too big. I was hoping it was just a bad year. Nope. Born is no longer the high quality shoe that they once were. The leather feels and looks much cheaper or non leather like than their older shoes. My foot was cramed into the 7.5. The width was too narrow and the boot overall just felt cheap.

These are absolutely perfect!!! The fit, the color just everything about them. I recieved so many compliments the first day I wore them

Love the Born Cardi boot. It is stylish & comfortable. My daughter "Borrowed" my boot & I had to order another pair. The size 6 fit my foot & daughters 6.5 foot. Leather is not as thick as my Frye boots, but a great value for the price.

Beautiful leather boot in the burnished brown. I also own the black and like them too. Perfect boot to wear with skinny jeans, cuffed jeans, skirts and dresses. So versatile and well made. I own lots of Born shoes.

I loved the style of this and a similar Born half-height boot, the Portia. I have a fairly wide foot, but don't require wide width shoes. The Cardi is much narrower compared to the Portia, and didn't work for me. The leather is nice and soft and the lining is warm but not bulky. Either boot would be great for me if it weren't for the width issue.

The picture does not do these boots justice. Exceptionally nice in black leather. Arch supports however minimal are most uncomfortable for my foot. However, this was not the case with these soft arch supports. I usually wear a size 6 in Born but after reading the reviews, I decided to order a 6 1/2 which fit perfectly and did not pinch the side of my foot. Living in Houston, our weather doesn't afford me the opportunity to wear boots more than 2 months out of the year so I am more than pleased to be able to wear them with leggings, pants, skirts.

I love these boots! They are so appealing visually and are so comfortable. I NEED arch support and was a bit worried about the comfort level. These fit the bill beautifully! I tend to wear long tunics with leggings or dresses with tights. They look great for a little more dressed up version!! I liked them so much I also bought black. Great purchase!

I have found that Born shoes fit me perfectly. These boots are cute and comfortable.

I originally ordered these a half size up based on other reviews saying they fit small. I had to re-order my regular size and they fit just fine.

I love the Born brand. I have never been let down by a Born Boot. Well made, solid construction. Great good leather smell. The boot is true to size. I am a size 10 and the arch support is medium but in the correct spot. Not too loose or tight on my heal. The perfect rich brown color.
