I ordered this in 2 sizes as I wasn’t sure which would fit better. Both were very comfortable and will work to wear for both casual and dress. Would buy again.

Awesome and comfortable shoe

This shoe is a classic! Good to pair with slacks, jeans or my denim skirt and tights! Very pleased with my purchase so far.

I love these shoes! They are available in so many sizes and widths. So helpful for problem feet like mine. They work in that they are conformable and I won't be walking a million miles, but I will look and feel good at my desk job at work.

Loved this shoe and will be reordering it! I wore it year-round and it was always comfortable. I have wide feet and have a hard time finding shoes that don't hurt. This is a winner!

I usually wear 8 WW but it was too big, fell off when I tried to walk. Got the 7.5 WW and it was a perfect fit. Darling shoe, looks like a skimpy little ballet flat, which I wanted, but sole, inner padding and arch support are fabulous! I want to get it more colors.

I wanted exactly what these shoes provide: a little style in a flat shoe in my wide width. The cushioning is nice. They do need to be broken in at the point around the top part of the shoe but they will be worth it. And Zappo’s quick shipping as well as the easy return policy make this a dreamy shopping experience.

When I tried these on they fit so well and were so comfortable I almost cried. I didn't think I'd ever be able to wear this style again.

Very nicely made shoe with cushioned insole. With bunions, however, they were not comfortable on my feet.

The shoes are true to size. I should have ordered 7.5 but Zappos recommended a size 7. Will return for proper size. I love the shoe, it will be perfect.

Super cute flats. True narrow fit. The toe box runs small, especially the depth. Comfortable for all day wear.

I had ordered a 12 w, they were much too big, so ordered an 11, they were way too tight, tried ordering a 12m, and they were too narrow. I have a problem because my heel is narrower than most, I think.

Amazing just amazing. The narrow fit perfect which I usually have a problem with since I’m a petite petunias. Comfortable. Happy camper.

I'm reviewing these more than a year after I bought them, because I love them. They fit really well. They have excellent support. If I ever work in an office again instead of from my basement, I'll buy another pair.

These soft leather shoes are so comfortable and no breaking is necessary.

I’m usually a slightly tight 7 and these are a tiny bit looser than most sevens but not enough to return. The regular width is also a tiny bit wider but not enough to do anything about. And I love the color bits sort of light cappuccino :)

Since I wear a narrow shoe I have had a difficult time finding good looking, comfortable flat shoes. These are perfect! True to size, comfortable and can be worn casual or dress wear. Highly recommended.

This shoe is kind of tight. If I remove the insert they are too loose. I guess if I spray shoe stretch in them they will stretch out a little more.

I got this in the black/gray that looks like snakeskin. Very cute, but it does have a rather white, rather than gray coloring. Nice quality. Great fit. I am a size 11 and it is not normal for most shoes to fit me right out of the box, but these really do. The round toe is just right. Interestingly, the black trim area at the heel makes it look almost like a higher heel...optical illusion, because these are really flat. The inside is luxurious and soft and cushioned with some arch support. Definitely keeping these!

The bubbled area in the foot-bed provides enough support for my plantar fasciitis that I did not need to remove the foodbed and use my orthodics!
