Imagine being too tired to walk, so the gods reach down form the heavens and carry you everywhere. That is what it is like to walk in these Ugg boots. You can walk miles all day in the rain and you still cannot even feel the ground beneath your feet! Didnt quite understand at first why they’re called sneakers because they clearly look like boots; yet that’s a good thing. They do not have the frumpy, unstructured look of classic Uggs, which I never cared for. The quality is excellent, they look polished, yet feel like the most comfortable lightweight sneakers, Ive ever worn in my life. Easy slip on / off. Perfect for my Chronic Fatigue. Im always tired so these are an energy saver. Also didnt experience what other reviewers did re:too narrow. I have wide feet and these were roomy in my normal size. When tall snow boots are just too much, but it’s too cold for sneakers or unlined leather booties, these are worth every penny.

Fit is exactly as I read in other reviews...size up a half size from your regular Ugg size. I wear an 8 in Ugg boots and Ugg slippers but I ordered the 8.5 for these boots and it's perfect. The sole is on the narrow side, maybe not the greatest boot for wide feet. They are extremely cute, comfortable, and cozy. I now prefer them over my regular Ugg boots- they are more sturdy and better for longer walking.

In my opinion UGG goes further down hill each year. I have pairs from 20 years ago that are still better than what is being produced today -- all I need is a shoemaker for a small hole in suede on one pair and sole on the other pair - and they would still be better than a brand new pair made today. These insoles are just laid in the shoes -- they are rough and feel like some kind of synthetic fur glued to cardboard. The quality is just terrible. Zappos is fabulous tho.

my only problem was color said Port and looked Burgundy in picture. but are purple in real life.

My feet are somewhat on the wider side of medium. These boots are roomy enough and my feet don't swim around in them. Arch support is moderate, but I need lost of it. Someone who doesn't may find the arch support in these boots just right. My heel doesn't slip. Super warm. Easy to slip on and off. They don't look as large on as I thought they might, but I like a chunky look sometimes. Well constructed. Worth the money!

really comfortable shoe - I'm glad I decided to buy. Warm without being stifling and just a really handy shoe. I was looking for something to wear with leggings or jeans, etc. You won't be disappointed.

Uggs have never had arch supports but the thick fleece made up for that. I was disappointed with this shoe because it doesn’t have the thick fleece it has thin polyester faux fur. Uggs has really gone down in my estimation. I liked the heavy sole thought it would be better traction in snow but it’s not an ugg.

I wear an 8 in UGG and an 8 1/2 or 9 in shoes. I ordered an 8 1/2 thinking it would work with socks since I got them to wear in snow. I returned them and got an 8 and they fit well. Zappos got me the new pair with next day delivery!! Very impressed with customer service. The boots have a nice grip on the bottom and the zipper makes them easy to get on and off. I was not expecting any arch support which is fine since I put my own inside the boot.

They are so light! Keep me up from the freezing concrete. I can wear with my thick wool socks or thin socks. Took them on a cruise to Alaska and they were perfect on ship, in ports. I had to return for size 9 because the left toe really hurt. I live in Reno and it being winter I hate having my feet being cold. Also walking back into the house I forget I have them on...a big plus for me. Also the easiest boots to get off and on. I also bought a pair of Ugg slippers. I smile when I've got them on. Even better is ZAPPOS they had them on my doorstep the next day. Ugg took over 7 days. For me that's the biggest plus.:)

Originally ordered these boots in the gray, love the color and all but sent back because thought I would get more use of the black. I like the contrast of the charcoal sole, an interesting twist to all black and adds uncontrived style to outfits. They are very comfortable and not heavy at all.

Love these boots! I put them on and couldn’t believe how awesome they are. I ordered my usual shoe size for a perfect fit. They have the all over Ugg wool lining and solid grippy soles- kind of like a grown up Ugg boots.
