very comfortable since day one, Only wish that they were lining all the way to the foot, like all the others Ugg boots. that will be amazing and cozy all the way to my toes. But then again it will need to be a wider boot. but worth it! Only a thin socks can be use to keep them warm.

Not only are these boots beautiful they are comfortable to wear. I thought they were true to size. I walked in them about a mile and wore them a full work day out of the box. I'm only 5'1" and while they are a tall boot, I didn't find them bending at my knee, but I do have longer legs for my size.

Liked the original better I have last year’s model in camel and love them, so when I saw these on sale, I had to have them. Unfortunately, the seemingly minor changes they made to the boot made them unsuitable for me. I thought the added zipper would be great, but it just adds bulk at the ankle. I prefer to struggle a tad to get the old ones on. Also, these are just about 1/4 inch taller (the boot shaft), which makes them uncomfortable for me. I am 5’4” bit long legged. Theses bother me when I sit or flex my knee too far. I also just don’t care for the black boot as much. You can’t really see the Sherpa coming through the seam because there is no contrast. The only thing I liked better than last year was that the heel was covered in suede instead of being rubber, but ultimately I think even that will end up looking shabby. I returned these, even with the 40% off price.

For size reference, I am normally a 6 or 5.5 in shoes/boots. These days I am always a 5.5 in sandals, never a 6. I am 5'2", 110 lbs and my calf circumference is 13.75". These boots were large all over. The foot of the boot was too large and I had more than enough room to fit skinny jeans and thick socks under the shaft. I think the ankle circumference is cut much too large as well. The shaft of these boots is also very long, but still just ok, coming up to just barely below the knee. With the thickness of the shearling and the generous cut from ankle to top, these made my legs look much larger and unshapely. I like a much more snug and tailored fit. I don't think me sizing down a half size would have changed the look enough. If you have larger ankles and legs, these boots may be perfect for you! I am disappointed these didn't fit, as it is quite hard to find a shearling lined, sophisticated tall boot. I tried one from Barney's and I could barely get the calf zipped over my bare leg.

These boots are great and fit well. I do wish that Uggs would come up with a fashionable boot like these that also incorporates the fuzzy lining all the way to the foot. It seems you can only have that option in the classic Uggs.
