If a shoe is so uncomfortable you can't even get it on despite saying xw, that's pathetic for a no return advertisement. At least an exchange should be in order. And this is from a person that has bought at least 10 xw shoes. Never a problem till now. Guess I'll have to throw them out.

Can't say how the arch support was bc I couldn't get my foot into it. Worse xw example I have ever tried on. Fit like a medium. So if you have wide feet, forget this shoe. And worst thing is I bought this on a no return. Total ripoff when this shoe I can't even put on!

Unfortunately these were heavy. So I did not wear them. I cannot give objective reviews of comfort, style, or overall.

These boots were defective, and apparently had been returned previously!!!! The grommet hook to hold the lace in place was completely BROKEN OFF, and it was inside the boot.

It is not wide. it felt like a regular width even though it was a 2E. Wide shoes should be wide.

Hard as a rock, uncomfortable diamond pattern insole that you can feel.
