Loved the style and dark tan color, but too narrow in toe box and toes felt pinched even with wide which was loose elsewhere. Tried four different sizes - no success. Bummer, they are a gorgeous shoe.

I'm so sad to return this shoe - the cushioning was great, no slipping of the heel, but the top of the toe box pressed down on the top of my big toe, even though the rounded toe seemed like it should be okay. I am a 5 and I do think this shoe is true to size as it fit in all other ways.

I wear a 7W which is what I ordered. The toe was too short and I have short toes. I returned it for a 7.5 W. The toe fit but the shoe was too long.

Very cute shoe with nice block heal. I ordered in black suede which is perfect for fall. The heel was a bit loose but pads at the back of heel took care of the fit and I was able to wear all day for two days of interviews.

Run very small -- half to full size in width and length. Nice looking shoe.

The size I normally wear was to short in the toe box, so I ordered a half size up. It was so big I had trouble keeping them on my feet.

These shoes broke my heart. They are adorable and of all the 2" block heel pumps I have in my favorites list, they are the ones that pushed all the right buttons. I've worn Born almost exclusively for the past ten years or so, so I was worried that maybe these wouldn't be as comfortable out of the box. Boy, is that an understatement. The minute I took the shoes out of the box, I knew they weren't going to fit. They were visibly far too small. I checked both the shoes and the box before even trying them on to make sure they were my size. I wear a 9B forever and ever amen (which is what I ordered), but I couldn't even get my foot in these. They were far too short lengthwise and as for the width, the only way my foot would fit would be to cut off some toes and they still would have been narrow in the toe box. I returned them immediately and tried to order a 9.5W, but those are not in stock. I have no idea if those would fit either, and because Zappos' exchange policy only allows for one return before issuing store credit (instead of refunding to your card) I don't think I want to waste more time on this. This is the first time I've tried Clarks shoes, and I'm very disappointed. If you're a regular Clarks wearer, you'll love these because they're really cute. Otherwise, you may have some problems with fit. What a bummer.

Order a half size up. Toe room uncomfortable in true size.

Narrow toe area for a wide shoe. Heel fit well. Had to mark fewer stars due to discomfort of width.

Fit was just right. I often must wear profesional looking shoes for 12+ hours and these provide comfort and support, even when I need to walk a lot. Lovely blue color— not deep navy, but perfect for all blue suits and even dressed up jeans and blazers.

I wear at Clark’s women’s size 6 wide. The shoe feels a little narrower, but not so much that I will return it. Perhaps after I wear it awhile it will stretch out.

I have been searching for black leather pumps for some time. Having wide feet in an 8 or 8-1/2 means many brands are already out if stock. I do really like the style and look of these pumps. Unfortunately in order to have the width right, there is slippage at the heels. I corrected this mostly with inserts. Not perfect but maybe perfect is only possible for us wide-footed gals in bespoke.

The shoes are ok. Frankly I expected more comfort from Clark’s.

Didn't like the fit. It felt uncomfortable to me. Sorry to say i had to return them.

I tried different variations of this shoe and was unable to obtain a pair that fit right. Great shoe just not comfortable.

I'm always a 9.5 in Clarks but these fit very small. I generally don't need to order wide widths but these were so narrow, my feet hurt instantly when I tried them on. They do look cute though. Size up for sure.

Shoes were VERY comfortable just a little bit too small. Ordering next size up!

These heels were cute, stylish and dressy. They fit well but even though the large heels were much more comfortable than others I guess I just can't wear heels. I would recommend them.

Beautiful shoe and caramel color is perfect for fall season. Looking forward to wearing them for work.

Great comfort and style from day one

Very nice looking shoe for office and evening events. Quality leather but it gaped on the sides and back for me.
