The color of these boots is gorgeous and the leather is so soft. I was ecstatic about this purchase. I ordered a 1/2 size up to accommodate orthotics that I need to wear. The insole is not removable but the inserts fit in just fine. If anything, because my heel is raised up a little, the top side of the boot rubs a bit on my ankle but that should soften over time.

I love them. The material is good and keep me warn.

Excellent construction and soft, supple leather. They look great and feel great. If your toes taper to a point the way shoes do, then they're true to size, but if you need more toe room, then err on the high end of your shoe size range.

I shopped for a specific style of Chelsea boot I wasn’t sure if I would find. When I ordered these I knew they’d have to be perfect to justify the expense. The outside it buttery soft, the inside sole are very comfortable. They have no slip pads on the bottom. They are a tad stiff around my ankles, but I have only worn them for about 2 hrs. I believe this will soften up as I wear them. The really are the perfect, simple, VERY comfy Chelsea style ankle boot. I plan to walk MILES in these on a trip to NYC in 2 weeks!!

Absolutely lovely! I ordered the grey suede bootie along with the Blondo waterproof grey bootie (Liam?). While the Blondo was nice, the Johnson and Murphy Leslie bootie was hands down a much higher quality shoe. The fit is a bit narrow across the toes (I’m a size 6) but this stretches a bit as they break in - which only took about half a day. The shoe is so gorgeous I was willing to pay the higher price. A few days after purchasing, I discovered they went on sale so I called Zappos customer service to see if they could refund the difference in price. As always, they were willing to help and provided exceptional service!

These are fantastic AND, normally, one of my feet is too wide for medium width comfortably due to a bunion. The style/cut/quality of these boots provided enough room for the foot that usually wears a bump on the shoe due to the bunion issue but did not feel uncomfortably wide on the other foot. I took these out of the box and wore them to a concert where I was on my feet for hours, walking on the street, doing stairs, standing in the venue for hours and then in reverse leaving - I never once thought about my feet! Very narrow feet probably won’t work with these boots but even a modest medium width should be okay with a decent sock. They are beautiful!

Love these Chelsea Boots!

These are really pretty boots. I'm usually between an 8 and 8.5 and ended up buying the 8.5, which was a little too big.

I do not typically write reviews but for this boot I will. This is an awesome shoe! I’m a 7.5 with a wide foot, but it doesn’t rub or feel too tight in any way — comfortable, very good quality (made in India), and the perfect heel/total boot height. You can wear with any length jeans. I bought the dark gray suede and it’s the perfect charcoal color. I cannot say enough good things about the Leslie... I typically buy Via Spiga, Vince, Stuart Weitzman and some higher-end brands on luxury sites and this is comparable in quality.

The boots are beautiful. I love them. They are a bit narrower than I hoped so I wouldn't recommend anyone buy them who may have a bit wider foot than medium width. For me it is still comfortable. . Unfortunately they do not have a choice for a wide width for those who need it. The boot does "fit like a glove". I love the looks of the outsole (tread); combination of leather and rubber. It not only looks classy (leather) but grips for safety (rubber) where and when you need it to. I would buy these again in a heartbeat. The price was worth it.

These shoes present cuter in photos than in real life, but they are still very cute. I liked the soft leather and the sole is very VERY pillowy and comfortable. I tried these on at home during the day and they felt nice. Then, I tried them on after coming home from being at work all day long, and they fit really snug in the front. I'm returning them - I am a true 7.5, and they fit fine in the beginning. However, as the foot naturally swells throughout the day, you need a little room to allow for it. I don't have any issues with other similar shoes. I would recommend sizing half up. I decided to go with a different shoe altogether, considering the price / appearance of the shoe. Had the fit been right off the bat - I'd keep them. Really beautiful brown/burgundy-ish exterior sole, with anti-slip grooves for winter (thank goodness this company has common sense), the colour true to photo.

Beautiful shoe. I took a chance on a size smaller, because mine was not available. Too short, unable to access comfort or fit. Must return and may re-order.

Loved the boot but it runs a little narrow. It rubbed on my ankles. I am 7.5 but ordered 8 in these. Length fit well. Just too stiff around my ankles

These are beautiful boots, but they are both too narrow and too long for my bunioned feet!

Beautiful shoe but very narrow and short. Order up a half size and wide if interested. Sorry I had to return them.
