I purchased this in 2018. loved this necklace so much, really I still do but in a year the finish has worn off on almost the entire chain. I don't wear lotions or anything and never wore this in the shower or when exercising. It's a shame that the finish doesn't last longer. Like many things these days, this isn't made to last.

I loved this necklace at first. However, it tarnished very, very quickly and the pendant scratched. It no longer looks nice. I am unsure why this happened as I do not shower with it on, it is stored properly when not being worn. I'm disappointed in the quality for the price. I recently just bought two new bracelets, similar make, and now scared the same thing is going to happen to them as well. Very disappointed KS!

Received this necklace as a Christmas gift in 2018. Now it is July and the necklace has tarnished badly so that the copper shows. Took good care of it, however this seems to be common with this necklace. Very pretty but can only be worn for about 6 months.

Ordered one that was scratched on both sides upon arrival. Customer service line sent another one that was dented in. Poor poor quality. Cute design but Kendra Scott needs to work on quality control.

Didn't look as gold in person. Pendant looks like it is white bc if reflection but is just gold plate.

It was okay I thought I had a chosen gem on thence yet but when I got it it was just silver. I really wasn't happy with it at all. Plus since I bought it with PayPal I couldn't send it back.

I was ordering a rose gold necklace with a stone in and larger.

This necklace is not gold. It's more of a champagne color. The design itself was pretty but not the color on the product image. I am returning it.

It's pretty it's dainty it's elegant. But it's not gold, it's a very muted gold doesn't look like the picture. And also there was a scratch in the pendant. Not the usual quality I've seen from KS

I like big jewelry. i was hoping for a stmt choker and this is very dainty and i am sure perfect for most.

It rotates so so much!!! The pendant won't stay in place. The back of the chain is always creeping to the front. :(

The product were send to the house were not the same product on the picture that advertised. I'm so disappointed. I bought it as a gift for my sister . Turn out it was a different. The necklace that send to her look pretty cheap . The material was cheap !!

DOES NOT LAST I only give one star because I absolutely adore the style! However, despite following their care tips: not wearing while washing, working out, avoiding lotions and perfumes on it, etc. my gold necklace is now mostly looking gray/silver. I am SO disappointed as I specifically asked if they're necklaces tarnish easily over time and was told no. I got the necklace in April and 5 months later it's ruined. No, I do not recommend this product.

I purchased the necklace a few months ago and have worn it 3 or 4 times and half of the necklace has lost the silver coloring (so it weirdly looks gold and silver). Cute necklace but poor quality and unfortunately that seems to be the norm with KS jewelry.

I wish I would have known that I wasn't purchasing .925 silver with this necklace. I only wore it two or three days and my neck started to itch, as if it was fake a jewelry. I Took the necklace off and started to see that there was a plastic film being wrapped off of the necklace. I was finally happy to add a piece to my collection from Mrs. Scott just because I'm from Texas and I like to support local businesses. With living in California, no one knows of this brand. So since I have worn it, complements is an understatement. If I would've known that this necklace would've made my neck itch and tarnish, then never would have purchased it. The price that I paid for, should have been somewhat real

Too silver and it's rlly small and short it's basically a choker I wish I didn't order silver

Did not get what I ordered. The necklace was as pictured but missing the actual gem of the necklace.

I bought this in silver and gold because I loved it so much. Perfect with any outfit. But after wearing the silver one time half is now gold and half is silver...see pic. It's not even real silver so it's not like it's tarnished and I can just clean it. It's like the coating wore off and you can see what I assume is brass underneath. I wore one time for an hour and now I can no longer wear it again because it is half silver half gold. And my gold is still cute and I wear it but it's also a bit dingy looking now, even after I try to clean. I have so much Kendra Scott regular and fine jewelry but the quality is simply not worth the price.

Very disappointed. Pic was misleading and looked like a stone; it is just a metal plate. Also had a scratch. Returning.

Necklace arrived broken. Gave as a gift and I was quite embarrassed.

This necklace was poorly made specifically with the ring that attached the pendant to the necklace. I put the necklace on, and it broke within 10 minutes of having it on. It was my first Kendra Scott purchase. It was gorgeous so I was very disappointed!

The product itself is very cute, however the one I received in the mail was scratched and just a little dingy looking. I had to take it into a store to have it replaced (if I had wanted to go into the store I wouldn't have ordered online in the first place)

I bought the necklace a couple of weeks ago and it looks horrible already. The silver is scratching off and I haven't wore it much at all. Plus the chain is turning brown as well. I love all my other Kendra Scott's but this is absolutely disappointing for 45 dollars.

These reviews can be a helpful tool. Cute everyday pendant necklace. I don't have a thick neck, but it is shorter in length than others I have F.Y.I. Looks cute as a choker option too. Love that it is different than anything I have with the sparkling chain. Wish I had a K.S. store nearby, so I have to order online unless there happens to be one if I vacation.

I bought this necklace because I love small pendants. Sadly, this necklace tarnished very quickly, therefore I no longer am able to wear it :/.
