I got these a few weeks ago in black with gum sole and love them so far. They are definitely more comfortable than the classic vans which I have had a lot of pairs of over the years. Right out of the box the soles and sides of the shoe have had good cushion and haven’t dug into the back of my heel like classic Vans have at first. Go with a half size larger than your usual and they will fit great.

My son says "Hey Mom, I want some COOl Shoes". Ok! I looked on Zappos and I showed him these cool Vans and He said, "hay! those look really cool". They are so nice and the quality was extremely desirable all around. Way to go Vans and Zappos for providing a cool and durable shoe my son really likes. 5 stars*****

This shoe is true to fit, so order your size or one size bigger. The shoes cam within 7 days, and the ordering was easy. We could not find this shoe in the mall, so we turned to Zappos. Thank you for your fast and efficient service.

Bought these for my husband, he loves them. They are a bit more substantial than some Vans, they have a thick rubber base. The blue shade is a great color and seems to be wearing well. Overall a great shoe!

Suede and canvas and old logo make for a great looking shoe. Super narrow and no arch support, however.

This is a great looking sneaker. Love the gray suede. I will be returning them because they are too narrow for me. I ordered 6.5, I wear women's size 8. I order men's sneakers hoping for a wider shoe. This was close but a bit too narrow, specifically, the left one. (Odd) I am tempted to keep them because they look so good but I know my feet would be aching. I have classic vans slip ons that fit well but these are definitely more narrow. I imagine these would not work at all if you were a man with wide feet.

The style is great! I usually wear a size 11 in sneakers (men's). However, when reading some of the other reviews about how narrow this shoe is, I decided to order a 12. The size 12 feels good. If I would have ordered an 11 1/2, it might have been a little tighter. This sneaker is narrower than other sneakers that I have. Overall, I am satisfied with these.

Very comfortable shoe--and a "fun" color to add to most casual outfits.
