I was hesitant to purchase these boots due to reviews from various sources that expressed the boots were a size too small. I am happy that I purchased these boots in my usual size which is a 7, because they fit perfectly. This is not to discredit others who have stated that the boots are too small and therefore didn't fit, this is just to hopefully provide assistance to others who were in the same situation as me (hesitant to purchase due to reviews). I believe that I am a true size seven, I wear a seven in heels, flats, boots, sandals, athletic shoes, anything and everything you name it. The brands I usually wear include FREEBIRD by Steve Madden, Uggs, Birkenstock (38), Bobs, Quiksilver, Nike, Under Armor, now Kamik, etc. The boots are very comfortable. They are a bit different at first, but this is because the boots are about the same height as my Uggs, but they provide a firm and what I believe supportive grip compared to my other boots around my lower legs and ankles. At first I was concerned with the arch support as it took a bit to get used to from walking in them, but I found that it helped to tighten the laces whereas before the laces were loose. As far as warmth, they are very warm! The liner that is provided is enough for me! I will add that the traction on the bottom of the shoe is helpful as well! I hope that I provide some helpful information. I am glad I bought these boots, I look forward to more purchases of the brand Kamik in the near future!

these boots are sooooo comfy and warm. i have been looking for waterproof, comfortable snow boots since Octobert '18. I tried several other brands and none of them were comfortable enough to wear for extended periods of time. specifically 4 different models of Sorrel boots that I tried all had a thick sturdy band along the back of the boot that went down my lower calf. that band was so unforgiving and would dig into the back of my leg causing pain after about 1/2hr of wear. These boots by Kamik are soft all around yet still sturdy and comfortable. I am actually blown away at how warm they are even when the temps are in the teens and tens. I recommend to everyone who needs to be outside in frigid or snowy conditions.

These were the most comfortable of all the boots I tried. Felt very cushy and warm. Not flattering for my wide calves with the contrast lacing and as a size 7.5 wide, the 8 was a little too small lengthwise than I would have felt comfortable with.

I had foot surgery over the summer so I followed reviews and wet up a size. They were way too big!Zappos has the best customer service and sent out my normal size right away. They fit great! Perfect for fall and winter in Minnesota!

I purchased these boots through REI (they had a sale) and let me tell you, if you are a half size, do NOT size up! I always wear a size 8.5 and after reading the reviews for this boot, I purchased a size 9. The size 9 is way too bulky - when I walk up any kind of an incline my feet slide up the boot. I tried thick socks and tieing the boots super tight but my feet slide all around inside. I'm hoping to exhange the 9s for 8s since the boot is cute, waterproof, warm and comfortable enough to walk in. PROS: Hasn't given me any blisters (yet)! I'm an avid walker/hiker and these have held out so far. Super warm. CONS: No ankle support, no arch support, and no half sizes.

I tried at least six different pairs of snow/rainboots before I found these, and as soon as I put them on, I knew they were perfect. I spent a weekend in rain and snow, with a lot of walking, and I found them to be pretty comfy. Bonus was that they are cute and neutral colored so they match with a lot of outfits. I did put in some gel inserts just to give me a little extra cushion, but I typically do that with any boots like this. For anyone saying that after a season they separate near the seams, I wonder if that has to do with the salt used to reduce snow on roads and walking paths? That could dry out the glues and/ or disintegrate seam threads. Perhaps rinsing shoes off after big trips or the end of the season could help.

I had the same problem another reviewer mentioned with the angle of the heel and the overall design of the boot causing my feet to slide forward and smashing my toes against the front of the boot. Tightening the laces did not help, it’s just poor design. The front half of the sole is also very thin and has no shock absorption, making me wonder how warm they would really be with little separating your feet from cold ice and and snow in the winter. They’re adorable boots but I wore them for 15 minutes around the house and my toes and my feet were in pain, so they’re going back.

With the Thinsulate and fleece lining these boots are WARM and soft inside without the bulk. Like most Kamik shoes/boots these run short. I tried my usual size (10) but ended up sizing up to an 11. A 10.5 probably would have worked if there was one. I suggest starting at a half size up from your regular size and work up from there if needed. Plenty of width for your foot even with a thick sock. The shaft is fairly high, the back sits right below the wide portion of the calf, and laces all the way to the top of the boot giving it a nice close fit no matter what your calf size. I bought the brown with rust plaid and plan to wear them with everything (jeans, leggings, casual skirts) as my everyday New England cold and mucky weather boot.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! That being said, the first pair I bought are a bit on the small side. I am a true size 6 and have been my whole life. I bought my first pair of Sienna2s last year and, while I love them, the seemed to be a bit tight in the toes. Normally, I would have sized up a half size, but they don't make these boots in half sizes. Fast forward a year later, I wanted to buy another pair and decided to size up to a 7 and they fit PERFECTLY! I highly recommend these boots and recommend sizing up.

Attractive enough for this kind of boots, can be worn with pants or a casual warm skirt. I just received the boots today. The boots are comfortable and will be warm to wear in cold rain or in wet snow. As for the sizing, I wear 8.5 in sandals, shoes, tennis shoes, and boots. So I decided to order 9. I need to say that it is the right size for me. There is no way size 8 would fit me. In size 9, I might have room for a thin sock, but a really thin one. And this is fine as I do not need to wear these boots with heavy socks as the boots are warm enough on their own. I hope this will help someone in deciding on the right size.

I really like these boots! They fit right on my usual size (7), and are much warmer than they look. The upper is pretty much all a dense, low-pile fleece. I wore them to a hockey game and they kept my feet warm all evening, and they have a fair amount of support in the foot. With the lacing, they fit my wide calves and easily accommodate tucked in pants.

I am obsessed with these boots. I've had the actual Bean boots for the past couple years and literally never wore them because they rubbed against my heel painfully and didn't fit well. I finally got rid of those, and bought these ones instead. These boots are a million times more comfortable, plus cheaper than Bean boots! I got the dark brown color and I love the plaid detail -- most snow boots look rather unattractive but these are cute and trendy. I am a true, consistent 8.5. After reading reviews, I purchased the 8 and the 9 because I wasn't sure which would fit better. The 9 fits PERFECTLY. Very happy with this purchase, you can't go wrong with these!

The first thing I thought when I tried these on was “omg how cushy!” The is padded above the toe box which is delightful and cozy and also why I think they may feel a bit smaller to some folks. Super warm and clearly great quality. For folks who say they were wanting to wear thicker socks (and perhaps live in the tundra), you may want to size up if possible. Otherwise I’m enjoying them with regular wool socks in my normal size and I’m delighted.

I usually have a shoe size of 7.5, however, depending on the shoe I may have to go smaller or larger. I purchased this boot in sizes 8 and 9 because I was planning on wearing thick socks since I was going to a snowy environment. While the size 8 fit me it felt a big snug with just my simple socks that I had on for trying on the shoe. I know that I would be walking around a lot so I went with the size 9 because my foot did fit in it and didn't fall out, worked well with the socks, but still gave my feet enough room so my feet weren't scrunched. Another great note about these boots are that they are so light weight! Great for packing. Hope this helps!

These absolutely are the cutest boots I have found in my online and in store shopping in my area. That said, they are so ridiculously uncomfortable I can't believe it. The back heel area throws the foot forward and smashes your toes to the front of the boot. They have a nice wide toe box, but unfortunately my foot is sitting against the front of the boot. Regretfully, I'm sending them back.

I went back and forth trying to decide what size to purchase. I am a true size 8, I wear 8 in every type of shoe so I purchased an 8 in these boots and I don’t regret it!!! They fit perfectly, and with thick socks!! I can’t say much on the comfort since I haven’t worn them for an extensive length of time. But so far so good! No complaints!

I purchased these boots to wear to Asheville NC for Thanksgiving. I wore them all day and walked all over the Biltmore Estate. I thought they were comfortable and cute. Please note these boots are pretty tall.

These boots are amazing! They were easy to get on and off, kept my feet super warm, and were cute too! I live in Chicago and have two kids who play hockey, so they got a significant amount of use.

I purchased the khaki boot and love it! It is very comfortable and warm. I usually wear an 8.5 but purchased an 8 and it fits fine. Have gotten many compliments.

I was debating between these and Kamik Seinna F2 - I ultimately went with the F2. The height on these was not the most flattering - I am 5'2" and an athletic pear shaped gal. These gave me what I call "boot cankles." With the F2 model, they are adjustable for your mood. I would say these were pretty warm, but my feet still got cold when walking around in 6 inches of snow, 10 deg, and only 1 winter running sock (rather than layering socks). I have Reynaud's, and due to power outages with a winter storm, my feet were already cold before heading out, which may have had in impact on how well these held up warmth wise.

The style of the boot is beautiful, I love the look of it. However, definitely size UP a full size. I’m a size 7 in just about every shoe I own and the size 7 was too small. I tried it on with thin socks when they arrived and they were too tight. My toes were touching uncomfortably on the rubber part. When I actually wear these it would be with thick, snow, warm socks so sizing up should definitely allow for this. Waiting to get my size 8 to see the difference.

These boots were uncomfortably tight with thin cotton socks. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 medium. The 8 medium is this boot was too tight.

I love the look of these and they are perfect for NYC, where the snow instantly turns to slush the minute it hits the ground, and although it gets cold, it doesn't get SUPER cold. So these were exactly what I'm looking for. However, I really need the half size. I am usually a 6.5 in boots/sneakers, anything that you would wear socks with. I am usually a 6 in flats, sandals, heels - things you wouldn't wear socks with. I ordered both the 6 and the 7. Unfortunately, the 6 was too snug, and the 7 too large. So true to size, but unfortunately won't work for someone who needs the half size. C'mon Kamik!!!! Half sizes PLEASE!! I love your styles but the sizing simply doesn't work for me :(

Fantastic boots for winter or just working out in the yard. Don't have to tue them up for them to fit and stay on - slip on and go. I've had these for years and besides the dirt and dust, still going strong.
