I tried on the Pro, the Pro XP, and the XP 2.0, and the 2.0 was the best fitting and most comfortable for me. I'm a 7 or 7.5 in most shoes with socks, so had thought I'd be a 38, as I am in Naot, but I'm definitely a 37. There's a huge jump in size between the two. With a 37 I can wear lightweight wool socks and they're perfect. The 2.0 has a cushier footbed than the XP, and seems a bit lower. With the old XP there seems a danger of toppling off the stiff wood-like clogs. With the Professional, they fit tighter than the 2.0 in the same size, and also stiffer, without the extra cushioning in the top.

I ordered these for my son who is a chef, so needless to say, he's one his feet many hours. He loves these shoes and can't say enough good things about them. As with any new shoe, it takes a minute to break them in. These shoes are good for the long haul! With these shoes, he doesn't have foot, leg, knee, hip or back pain. A real must for the food industry.

I'm a stylist who works on my feet for 10-12 hours a day. I've been wearing various forms of Dansko clogs for almost a decade-mostly without issue. Occasionally I've got "knock-offs" through other sites that didn't hold up like they should. First clue should have been the price. So I've learned to pay the price to make sure I get the real deal. The real Dansko clogs will allow me to work all day long without any foot or leg pain... Zero! Considering I'm over 40 that's an accomplishment. I was excited to try these 2.0's... although this is a case of don't fix what isn't broke. The extra "padding" caused my particular feet REALLY bad pain in the balls of my feet! I also always wear a 44 which coincide with my 10.5-11 in US sizing. So that's what I ordered... Those needed to be sent back as they were too small. Zappos was FANTASTIC and sent me a bigger size. Those fit nicely but led me to discover the unbearable foot pain after a normal day of work. The second day I wore my year old XP professionals... Pain gone... Day three went back to these 2.0's but mid-way through the day had to switch back to my old shoes again. These new ones are much "lighter" but I suspect that will also mean that they won't hold up as well. So for me I'll go back to either the Professionals or the XP Professionals. They truly are the very best shoes for standing all day (once you learn the difference in walking in a clog :)

This is a clog - it’s supposed to be loose... that being ‘said’ I usually wear a men’s 10 & I have to order the equivalent of a 11.5-12 (45 in their sizing). I have to order the men’s b/c they don’t come large enough in women’s ?.... BUT I love Dansko - this isn’t my first pair and probably won’t be my last. I wore them in residency and to this day - feet never hurt!

When I bought i these shoes 8 months ago, they were the most uncomfortable pair of kitchen shoes I have ever worn. I kept hearing about how good danskos are and that they take a while to break in, so I figured I'd give it some time (also they were expensive). 8 months later, and they're FINALLY decently comfortable, but then I notice that the bottom is peeling off. I have gone out of my way to take care of these shoes (did I mention they're expensive), even going so far as to wear different shoes when walking to and from the parking lot. I expected much better for the price, and will not be purchasing danskos again.

I work we a nurse anesthesiologist. They are great for being on your feet for long periods of time.

Absolutely hands down the best work shoes for me, Been using them for years and they have never failed me or let me down. 12-14 he days are common and would be tortuous with a sub standard shoe. Great support, non slip, stylish and comfortable. Do require cleaning and cars but that’s normal with kitchen work shoes.

These are the best shoes if you’re on your feet and walking a lot. Eliminated all my foot bed pain. Greatly reduces leg and back fatigue. I can tell the difference in one day with any other shoe or clog. Very durable and can last years. I don’t shop around, I buy Dansko and the XP 2.0 is their best.

Been a Chef for 28 years and these by far are the best Danko clogs I've ever had. Great for standing long hours in the kitchen. Back pain is non existent when I put them on. Like the new foot bed in the XP 2.0and more non slip then the XP. Highly recommend.??

At age 76, I did not like the feeling of teetering, though I might have gotten used to it. I also did not like the way the clogs scuffed if you looked at them askance--marks easy to rub out with your thumb but still annoying.

Is this normal after 3-4 months?? I just spent 80$ on replacement insoles

It was too tight around the top part of my foot, but my heel was popped up out of the shoe when I walked. It seems like a great shoe, just not the right fit for my feet.

Please make this shoe in a size 48 thank you.

True to size and width

I had initially ordered these clogs in my usual European size 46 and they were too small. This is my first pair of clogs for work so I was in uncharted territory aside from reading other reviews. I exchanged three original pair for the the ones I'm wearing now (size 47) and OMG the difference is astounding. They fit perfectly and they are incredibly comfortable on day one, I can only assume this will get even better. I wonder what took me so long. These do run small so save yourself some angst and oder a size up from your normal size.

Have been wearing dansko for 10+ years. Was thrilled when they came out with the Pro XP 2.0 because I had enjoyed the first XP which was a stitched clog. No this one is Stapled! Great support for my planters fasciitis and extremely high arches. Would wear any one of the Dansko Pro, Pro xp or pro xp 2.0 clogs in a heart beat!

Excellent product. I'm new to clogs and will need to get use to wearing them. So far so good. Jason

I love these shoes. Very comfortable. Been wearing the Professional for years. These are at least as good. In a few years, I’ll be ready to buy another pair.

A LITTLE LARGER THAN EXPECTED.THIS IS MY THIRD DANSKO AND THE FIRST ONE LARGER. QUALITY IS VERY GOOD.

Fit was perfect. I wear a 44 Birkenstock and the 44 in these was a perfect fit. The arch support takes a bit of breaking in and getting used to, but birks are the same that way. I work in a hospital and stand for 9-10 hours a day. My feet, hips, and back feel great after a long day in these. Will be getting more in other colors!

Dansko XP is the most comfortable shoe your feel will ever meet, like walking on air. As usual Zappos delivered promptly and on time, within days I had my package. It is hard to beat Zappos service, so a happy customer once again.

Fit perfectly and do not crowd my toes. Soft sole and sturdy construction, extremely comfortable and I'm very picky about shoes. These are the best Danskos and the best clogs I've ever owned. I wear a 43 in other shoes, and these 43s fit exactly right. I love the look with long jeans.

I have been with professional dansko for 35 years this is my first xp 2.0 Much lighter , fits superbly Waterproof , So I put some natural conditioner before I brought to the kitchen ... I found there will be no staining .. prop to dansko I ordered on # zappos great deliver time . Great job to both ..
