It has moderate arch support because of the high-tops, but if one needed more support, orthotics would fit. I also ordered the Walking Cradles Ollie, which are pretty close in fit as the Osmond, but the Ollie has zippers and a different look. I preferred the zippers and diversity in the design of the Ollie with the horizontal stitching, so I ended up returning the Osmond even though it is as comfortable as the Ollie.

These fit great. I have a narrow foot so they are perfect for me. They seem very comfortable but I haven't worn them outside yet. Unsure if I will keep them. Still searching for a actual bootie. These are more like a sneaker.

nice looking sneaker boot....hope going down a half size will fit me as I really need these for the colder weather. Thanks Zappo's for letting me try o many sizes and styles for my very difficult feet.

The black shoe pictured here is NOT the "black leather". I ordered "black leather" thinking it was the black shoe pictured ...alas, it is a dated, ugly patent leather rather than the fun suede pictured here. 8.5 was a good size for me, 8 probably would have worked too though, and I'm normally an 8.5 or 9.

I really like these. They are easy to get on, even for my fat feet and ankles. Only reason I gave it a 4/5 for comfort is because the top of the shoe around your shin rubs . If you have skinnier legs, it shouldn’t be a problem.

I thought this was a fun shoe, with a variety of textures- the zipper the top, and the sides all provide points of interest. The cushioning is fantastic! I have terribly difficult feet to fit. One felt too big, the other too tight. They won't work for me, but if your feet are not so problematic, I would recommend them.

I have been looking everywhere and at every brand for gray casual ankle boots and got very excited when I saw these. I have plantar fasciitis and saw these on a comfort footwear website as a recommendation. I normally wear a 9.5 and sometimes a 10, depending on brand of shoes and have a regular width foot, even slightly narrow, but not narrow enough to wear narrow shoes. I ordered these in a 9.5M and 9M since some reviews said they ran large. The 9.5s were huge on me and even the 9s were a little loose length-wise. But boy, are they narrow. They felt a little tight even on me. So I re-ordered a 9W and an 8.5M, just to see the length. Well, the 8.5 were definitely too short and the 9 wides weren’t a whole lot wider than the mediums, but felt a little more roomy, therefore more comfortable. Since they are leather, not sure if they’d stretch out eventually and then become too loose width-wise. But the length just didn’t work for me. I guess in these particular shoes I’d need an 8.75 to fit, which don’t exist. I could’ve lived with a little extra length if they fit everywhere else and were comfortable, but they just were not. I thought the soles felt a little hard, which is not good for someone with heel pain. I even put in my orthotics but they didn’t feel much better. So for the expensive price, poor fit and not being nice and cushy, they went back sadly.

This bootie seems like it would be quite comfortable if it fit. Unfortunately, it's just too big all around. I don't feel going down a size would help as it would still be too wide. I wear a medium in all footwear. Bought the black leather.

I ordered this tenny-boot in a Wide, but it wasn't a standard Wide. I'm between a B & D width, and cannot remember a time when a wide shoe wasn't wide enough, but if you push the wide end of wide, then I'd order a size up - go for the WW. That'll be way too much for me, back they go.

These fit so oddly. Zappos suggested 8.5 based on past purchases and I am an8/8.5 Had to return the 8.5 for an 8 then for 7.5. Also tried different widths - really wanted it to work. I have a very wide foot. In the wide my foot slipped around but regular was too narrow. On top of that the top hits at an odd sport and is too wide - means it 1) hurts your ankle after even just a few minutes of wearing indoors and 2) looks weird - pants don't fit over, shows your socks. I tried the suede and leather hoping for slightly different fit. Looked like they might be good but overall not at all.
