I purchased these shoes as they were recommended by my son’s physical therapist. She is working with him to correct toe walking. These shoes provide more support and help him keep his heels down.

We received the shoes today and my picky son refused to take them off until bed time! They fit perfectly and a very well constructed! Surely will recommend

These shoes have an elastic lacing system that can't be tightened. The only method to tighten these is the upper velcro strap. So if your kid has "skinny" feet then these shoes will most likely not work well for them.

I don't review things often but I felt that I should with this boots. I bought them for my 10 year old son to wear for a week at a sleepaway cub scout camp. He didn't have much time to break them in and I was worried about blister but he said they were so comfortable. There was some rain, lots of mud and puddles and it was HOT, but he said they kept his feet dry and comfortable all week. He even thanked me for getting them for him because other kids didn't have as much luck with what they wore and had wet or hot feet. So if you're looking for boots to send your kid to scouting camp with, these get a campers seal of approval.

My 8 year old son loves them. Got him a pair of these boots for a recent scout camping trip and they were perfect. It rained all weekend and his feet stayed dry though all of the hiking!

Good comfortable fit, sturdy --- and easy one and off vs. full lace-up hiking boots. Held up well on our recent hiking vacation. That said, they were not quite waterproof.

Bought these for my 3 year old son, to use as "outdoor" shoes in the yard and at the soccer fields, to avoid ruining his everyday shoes. They seem to run a little small, but he has not complained, so they must be comfortable. Great waterproof shoes for stomping in puddles and playing outside. Easy to get on and off.
