I wear an 8 1/2 to 9 depending on the style of the shoe. Usually with a pointed toe, I get a 9. I ordered a 9 and when I got the shoe, it felt a little tight but I decided to keep them. I loved the style! After wearing them the first time, I felt like they got loose and then one of them was kind of making a swishing sound when I walk. I still think they are super cute and will try to put an insert in them.

Shoe has a defect at the toe. Need to return and replace with same item.

Really lovely heel with suede as soft as silk. Very stable heel. I wanted the sand beige but unfortunately the color looked like a shade of peach rather than beige. Tempting to order in black even though I don’t need a black suede heel.

I ordered 4 pair of shoes to choose from for my daughter's wedding next fall. These are the clear winners. The heel is a little lower and much chunkier than the others, but I am certain I will dance the night away in these shoes. The "plum" color actually looks perfect with a cinnamon satin skirt I bought. I normally wear a 9.5 B, but had ordered the other shoes in wide, thinking I might need the extra width by night's end. I also have a square toe line and narrow heel, so narrow toes are often a problem. These fit beautifully and the arch fits perfectly on my foot. So excited to wear these.

This is a rich looking color. Cute style. I returned them because the toe box was not comfortable. So sorry I really liked these shoes. Lucky you if they fit you!!

These are exactly what I was looking for - a comfortable, mid-height block heel that is not to old-fashioned or clumsy-looking. The angle on the heel and the pointed toe adds a modern feel that I really like. The materials feel premium and the shoe is very supportive.

I needed a pair of shoes for my grand daughter's wedding. These looked classy and modern with the inward slant on the heel, beautiful in the black suede, and perfect for a Christmas wedding, plus they felt very stable for walking.

I have the same shoe in 4 colors. My go-to power heels at work and I get compliments every time I wear a pair.

Beautiful shoes but too narrow, I would order W width but is not available. I always wear a M or B width, but these were definitely narrow. Have to send them back.

Foot flattering and classy. Very well made with quality materials. Ordered size 6 as recommended by Zappos instead of my usual 6 1/2 and it fits perfectly. I was very happy to find the beautiful gray suede on sale.

I would like to state that they are beautiful shoes. However the heel is at least over half an inch behind my actual heel. They are clearly to large for me. I would hesitate to reorder in a smaller size. I am going to have to return them.

Great everyday heel for the office. The block heel makes these comfortable to wear for hours. The suede is pretty IRL, though marks a bit if you aren’t careful storing them.

I love this shoe. I have it in a size bigger but I have to stuff the toe. It's the perfect height, easy to walk in and comfortable yet stylish. I bought what I *thought was my "normal" size and clearly that is no longer my size. So i'm in a half size situation and there are none to buy.

SO pretty. Exactly the shape I wanted. I can't wear a high heel anymore (plantar fasciitis) so I was taking a gamble on these. They specifically gave me pain right on the ball of my foot as soon as I tried them on, so unfortunately I sent them back. If you don't have a foot issue, I think they would likely be very comfy. They have a little bit of padding on the insole, and the heel is very stable. They do run large, but I had taken that into account and ordered a 9 instead of 9.5. The fit seemed good.

My favorite office shoes -- bought them in the plum color and decided plum was a neutral in my book. They're beautiful yet comfortable enough that I have no problem wearing them in an office all day.

These are beautiful shoes in all ways but the toe box is too small. I am disappointed. I recommend them if you have the right size foot. Cinderella?!

I agree with many of the other reviewers the shoe is a little to big in the heel for me. I did put in the footpetal heel pad and that helped me wear them to work. They are not very comfortable yet, but I'm hoping to break them in.

Such a cute heel. Needed something not too high for work, and the block heel totally adds to the comfort. I did find the toe a bit tight, but it seems like that will stretch some. Other than that, they were comfortable right out of the box!

I am a solid 9 but these shoes were huge on me. There was a visible space between my heel and the back of the shoe, and they slipped off when I walked. I returned them for an 8.5; hoping a smaller size will work.

I usually wear a 9.5 but had to exchange these for a 9 and the fit was much better but even the 9's were a tad bit big. I fixed the gap in the back with some inserts. I bought these for a black-tie optional wedding and they went great with my LBD. Very versatile and classic style that I think will serve me for years to come. I will admit that I was very ready to kick them off after a few hours of wearing them, though.

Fits true to size, and are very comfortable. The color is more muted than shown in the picture, and overall they look a little clunky. Still cute just bulkier than I was expecting.
