Good looking, sturdy and spacious. Meets the fit perfectly for now. Early days, so hard to comment on durability or on the fraying issues some have talked about.

Love the quality. Perfect spaces for all my electronics and documents when traveling.

When traveling abroad for work I bring laptop, backup drive, camera, cellphone, passport and other important documents. Even though I stay at nice safe hotels I cannot risk loosing my items. They are my life. So carry them wherever I go. This bag allows me to cary my lap and all my important documents all day comfortably. If your arms are getting tired or your shoulders numb from the weight I would suggest getting one of these bags.

Bag is great for a laptop bag and personal hygiene items. Connects to carry on lugguge which allows you to move quickly through the airport.

I really like the stylish of this backpack. It has a lot of pockets and it has very protective space for the laptop. But the backpack has a pretty heavy weight (even if it is empty!).

I wanted a backpack that was a little more professional looking and would last longer than two years. I purchased this at the Samonsite store and was told not only would it last, but the warranty would take care of any issues that popped up. Like others, the seams on my straps started to come open and fray. I created a repair order, but was told it was not covered under the warranty and I would need to pay for repairs. Just a basic look at the reviews by Samsonite would show them there is an obvious and consistent issue here. I am not paying for these repairs and will not purchase another Samsonite. It's a shame, because I really, really liked the setup and look of this backpack. For the price, even on sale, it should last longer under light to moderate use.

I am using it every day for my studying. A very good looking backpack, but sadly very poor quality. The strips have been frayed after 6 month. The backpack doesn't protect very well my laptop - it's not cushioned enough and the zipper scratch the laptop. My laptop barely gets inside it even though its a relatively small for a 15.6-inch laptop. Very disappointed, I thought it will be a really good experience but it's not. ):

The seam is so terrible. There is clearly a designing flaw and I tried to communicate both with the store and with the online costumer service. The best result thus far is I can get replacement of the same problematic product that is guaranteed to break within one month. It falls apart in a new place every other day.

I use this every day for work. Within 4 weeks the straps started fraying. Then the stitches around the zippers fell apart. It's in an unpresentable form now. I have contacted samsonite multiple times to complain but haven not heard back.

I liked the look and feel, unfortunately it started to fray almost immediately, in the handles, the front zipper, and the sides... it's getting to the point where it is not usable anymore. It's just not presentable in front of my colleagues... disappointing for the price

I bought this bag at the Mumbai airport while transiting. I thought I have found the perfect bag for commute and travel. Two days later the zipper began coming apart. Took it to the Delhi store were I presently live and they couldn't secure a replacement of the same. They did offer an exchange for another product but they were all inferior and cheaper backpacks, though probably better made.
