LOVE these boots! STYLE/USE: They are so cute (maybe even more so live than in the pictures)! What I love most compared to many other boots I tried for my 2 year old is that, while being light-weight, they're still waterproof around the heel. We live in Chicago so having a boot that would withstand cold and snow was key, but with a little two year old, I couldn't do heavy duty boots and risk my daughter not being able to walk/run comfortably. Enter these See Kai Run boots which are perfect. FIT: My daughter is almost 2 years old and on the small side (40th percentile for height and 20th for weight) and she wears a size 4 normally. However, I got sizes 5 and 6 when ordering boots to try out since I figured she'd have thicker socks and pants to fit in the boot so wanted a little wiggle room. While I thought the 6 would be way too big, it turns out 2 sizes too big actually seems to fit her best. Sure, when the boots are on there's a little open space between the edge of the boot and her toes, but the fit of the boot around her legs was too tight with the 5 even with thin leggings whereas the size 6 seemed to fit comfortably around her calves. I found many boots I tried had similar issues where it's too tight around the calf so be aware of that when choosing a boot size for your child as well. BOTTOM LINE: These boots fit the bill of managing a cold/snowy winter for a little tot perfectly with the icing on the cake that they're really cute! Just be sure to try 2 sizes up as they may be the best fit for your child.

My daughter usually is a dead on 5 but in this brand I always have to go a size up. But I definitely love the quality! These are top notch shoes that can take the beating of a 2 year old!

My 2.5 yr old loved these immediately. I ordered several pairs for her try on (including other brands) and she gravitated to these immediately. She is an 8.5 these days (8 usually too small, 9 usually too big), and the 9 in these boots fit her perfectly (I followed other reviewers comments that they run a tad small, and it worked well for us!). She is able to run around in the boots as if they are sneakers, and so far they have kept her feet warm (no complaints about cold). Haven't tested them in the snow yet, but they seem waterproof enough around the foot and ankle area. Five stars all around for these boots.

Another great pair of winter boots. They do fit a whole size smaller: size 6 is usually roomy for my daughter, and I got size 7 in these boots

Nice color and well made. I like that these are sturdy without being super bulky for small feet.

Fit true to size. Looking forward to my daughter getting a lot or use out of these throughout the damp and cold Spring and Fall in the Northeast of the US.

Love Love these boots. Will buy them annually for my girl. The are nice looking, warm, comfortable, easy to put on and extremely durable. I highly recommend.

Ordered several winter boot options for my 5 year old, and these were the clear winner. Warm, not too high on her leg (more freedom of movement!), and lightweight (which is really important to my fast moving kid!). I can see where the side Velcro *might* let some cold and moisture come in around the top, but we don’t live in a place with huge snow banks so I don’t see it being a problem. See Kai Run wins again!

These shoes do run small. My daughter wears a size 12-13 in just about every other shoe but after reading the reviews I ordered her a size 2. They aren’t terribly big. They fit her well with a little room to grow. They aren’t clunky like other winter boots! They are even cuter in person.

Love the boots. Got them again for this winter season. Order a size up.

I ordered way too big for my daughter but the quality of shoe is top notch. I’m reordering in a smaller size. The top part of the shoe feels like like water proof fabric

These boots are great! Well constructed and durable material. Strong enough to keep her feet warm and dry from the snow but comfortable for her to walk in. Will definitely buy them again and I highly recommend them. Worth every penny. However, they run really small. I recommend getting one size bigger. I got my daughter a pair half a size bigger and they fit perfectly. Had I chosen a full size she would have more room to grow in them. Other than that, love them.

Very very small. Order two sizes up. My daughter said these were not as comfortable as her See Kai Run boots in the past.

I bought 2 pair of these for my 5 and 7 year old girls I bought one size bigger than they usually wear and my 7 year old with narrow feet loved hers. My 5 year old who normally wears a size 13, said that the size one smashed her little toes so hers are being returned and we’ll try a different boot for her. They are very cute though and were easy to get on
