Great rain boot, the insole pops out when you take them on and off though, maybe a manufacturer error? Surprised they run big, I normally wear a size 10.5 or 11 depending on the shoe. I got an 11 and it was too big, so I had to return for a size 10 which fits great. Cute look and style. Happy with them!

After reading other reviews, I went with a size 6 (I am a 6.5, and often size up in boots if they only come in whole sizes). These were spot on for me -- they work with different weights of socks. Love the fun veggie print, fully waterproof and cozy with the soft lining and faux shearling footbed. Biggest impression on me is that they are not clunky like so many other rubber wellies.

These are the cutest boots!Unfortunately they felt very heavy on my feet and my heels slipped when I walked.

My one complaint is that the liner would not stay in place in the left boot only and kept riding up the heel. Other than that very cute and pretty comfortable.

I really love the look of these rain boots. I also love the short style because they are so easy to put on and off. The problem I had was that in the short time I wore them around the house before even going out, the thin insert/support worked it's way right out the back of the boot from under my foot. I wore them several hours without the insert and it caused pain in my heel for many days. So I bought better quality inserts from my local shoe store and they worked. There was enough space in the boot for the thicker insert and I wore them for another full day with no problem. Overall, I'm happy that I got the boots.

Based on other reviews, I ordered a whole size down. I normally wear a 10, so I ordered a size 9. The fit is perfect! My feet were a little sore after wearing them the first time. I wore them for three hours straight, standing and walking around on concrete, that I have to hose down regularly, (I volunteer at a dog kennel). I loved that my toes stayed dry! (I was wearing tennis shoes before.) Also based on another review, I used super glue to keep the soft liner from slipping out from under my feet. That happened right away! (Annoying, but expected.) Once I glued it in, it was fine. The second time wearing them, my feet weren't as sore. I may still purchase another liner to add more cushion. Either that, or get some thicker socks - mine are thin. Otherwise.... I'm enjoying these boots!

Had to size down, love the chelsea boot. The only issue is that the sz 7 was $55 and when I had to order the sz 6 they were $62 ...Less than a week later I'm returning the sz 7, which zappos does have a very customer friendly policy. You make it very easy to print label and send back at no charge. I would just like to be charged the same price esp then its only a week later? I do feel zappos is trying hard to make clients happy

The boots are adorable, but I cannot get the right fit. I am an 8.5, and the 9 is too large and my toes hit the end of an 8. If you look at the sizing inside the boot, it doesn't align well with traditional comparisons, like the EU size.

Wanted to love these but they're hugely wide. I do have a narrow foot but I can usually ridge a little with insoles and socks. No go with these. The length was good - I usually can wear an 8 in a rain boot - so downsizing would not have worked. Then I would have just had hurt toes and still wide boots. The print is absolutely adorable and they seem like a very well made boot. That said, I really do think that even a regular width foot would need at least a thick sock for these to work. Wide feet would be best.

I’m usually a 6/6.5 but sized down to a 5 which was perfect. Cute boots. Not much support but I don’t plan on using them for long walks, so I’m very happy with my purchase.

These rain boots are exactly what I was looking for. I usually wear a size 10 and I tried both a size 9 and 10. (DSW had them, but just one color.) The size 9 fit better overall but was just a little short in length. My toe hit right at the toe of the boot. The size 10 was a better fit for length, but overall felt a little big. I decided I would be more comfortable with the 10 which would also allow room for inserts for arch support or thicker socks. They are easy to put on and take off. The rubber is soft and flexible. And they are very cute.

Very cute boot and very easy to get on. I usually wear a size 6 in Hunter boots so I purchased the same with Joules. I wish I had sized down since these were very big.

These boots ROCK and I am super-picky. They don't have great arch support but fit my Superfeet insoles nicely. Not to mention... they are very cute. Yes, navy but almost black. Most importantly, I can walk the dog in the rain for a mile+ without complaint. So much better than the Crocs I just returned.

Super cute rain boots! Runs a generous half size larger than marked. I ordered the size 5 and have plenty of room in length and width for a thicker insole (either gel or shearling) and thick socks. These boots should be very comfortable for walking all day while running errands or while having fun on rainy days. For the price, the quality, comfort, and style can't be beat!

I wear a size 6 sneaker. I purchased both the 5 and 6 to see which would fit better. The 5 was too small the 6 was slightly too big. In the end I kept the 6 because I have a high arch and can’t find a rain boot that accommodates high arches. These are comfy enough for what I need so far. I will wear these to run quick errands on rainy days and trudge around in the yard when it’s soggy. I’m not sure how they will do all day long or on long walks with the dog. So far, I’m happy and they are really adorable.

Super cute rain boots! They run wide and large, but that isn't a problem. I'll put in a supportive insole and wear thick, wool socks with them, so that should solve the issue. These are going to be super cute and comfortable for being out all day in the rain.

These boots were so cute but way too big! I typically wear an 8 so I will probably have to get a size 7 for these to work for me.

These are super cute. They fit great and are easy to pull on and off for taking the dogs out. The only problem is that the sole of the right boot is not glued down and works itself up after the first three steps. I’m hoping some super glue will fix it!

I ordered the botanical bees print in size 7, which ended up too small and the French Chestnut print in size 8, which felt too big. I really wish they came in half sizes
