Like the style. Like the feel. But I can’t give more than one star since after 4 days of wearing them in an office job the sole is attached to the shoe is already disintegrating and falling apart. 4 days of office work in dry weather and they are falling apart? Afraid I spent 140 dollars on shoes that’ll last a month. On top of that they are already messed up in the heel. Liner is all bunched up and folded over. Not sure if it was a manufacture issue or just from 4 days of barely walking in them. Either way it’s a real example of the quality of shoes New Balance is making. Probably wasted 140 dollars on sneakers so I can’t recommend them to anyone.

It's a theme among the larger sizes (I wear a 13) that many say they're narrower than expected. I've had a medium D width for 49-years but this shoe is a little tight which makes for a narrow toe box ... sorry little toe! Hopefully they'll stretch some. I'll be ordering a EE with New Balance now. I've never cared for these round laces which seem to be popular in trail shoes because they untie easily but these don't seem as stiff so maybe they'll hold better. On the bright side, it has a moderate arch that's neither flat nor too high. The cushioning is just on the firm side which will be good for this 6 foot, 240 lb'er. In the end these maybe ok but go up one on the width

Really loved this shoe at first but the foam has started to fall out of the heel of both shoes and I've worn them less than 3 months. I love New Balance normally so very disappointed?.

Break in time for this shoe was about three minutes.. Put them on walked out the door and did a 6 mile walk. The shoes were wonderful and after a couple of previous problem shoes these are a blessing!!! They fit perfectly, look great and I will buy another pair in the near future.. Thanks to Zappos AGAIN!!!

It's getting hard for me to find a sneaker that is wide enough, but this one fits perfectly. A little heavier than I'm used to, but still a comfortable walking shoe.

I have been a New Balance wearer for many years. This pair seemed narrower than the other pairs I have worn (4EE). I am returning and will try a different new Balance in 6E. We'll see how that works out.

I ordered these to replace another a pair of New Balance M877V3 walking shoes. These are just as comfortable and have a sole better suited to trails vice roads or a treadmill.

I ordered Size 10 4E. That's the size I wear in Asics. The shoe felt tighter than a 2E; almost couldn't get my foot in. What happened to New Balance? They were always my go to company for wide shoes. Otherwise, it looks like a really nice shoe -if you have really narrow feet.

I wear only New Balance and always order 9.5 EE and get a perfect fit. Based on the helpful reviews here I decided to try 10 4EE. Turns out, they were way too narrow and tight so I'm trying a full size larger (10.5 4E) next and maybe you should too if you have a wide foot.

Fit and size in 14 med were fine, but don't buy if you are a little oversize on either length or width. Your foot will not rattle around in this shoe. It has an extra eyelet, useful for locking down your heel, like a running shoe. Shoe is comfortable and handles rocky, hilly trails well. Also good for flat paved surfaces, or for jobs that may require a lot of standing. Too early to comment on durability, but the shoe seems well-made

They fit well, took a short time to break in so they felt comfortable. My only disappointment is the soul of the shoe has limited to no traction. Also, the wear of the soul seems to be quite rapid. Photo shows wear after just 4 months. Also what little tread they have is nearly gone. They are comfortable but the wear on the soul is disappointing. Not sure I would buy them again because of this.

The width, even with a Wide, seemed a little tight but it might be break-in OK...

Sturdy and very comfortable all around shoe. I wore them out in a torrential rain storm last weekend and my feet stayed dry. Spiffy looking as well.

Fit and size is perfect

Very comfortable shoe. I wore a D width for 45 years and now need an EE because manufacturers seem to be making shoes narrower but as long as I order a EE the fit is comfortable.

Great walking shoes. A bid more narrow than my other New Balance. I always have 4EE. Overall a great shoe

I stepped into these shoes and they felt custom-made. This is the third generation of "walking shoe" that I have worn in the past 12 years, and each has been better than the pair it replaced. I have, as directed by my Podiatrist, replaced the inserts with prescription Orthotics to accommodate my old feet.

I have to wear a 4E sized shoe. New Balance is about the only brand that fits. This shoe fit my feet perfectly and feels comfortable.

I wear an 11.5 in every other style and brand of shoe, but have always ordered my NB shoes a half size larger and they feel great. Plenty of room in the toe box and no slippage at the heel. I bought this as a dog walking shoe - waterproof and plenty of cushioning for the heel. Style is a bit dowdy - but not sure what else I'd expect from a shoe that serves this purpose.
