They are a little tight but I am expecting the leather to break in... They look great!

Nice shoe, but felt slightly narrow on my feet.

A great looking, comfortable boot. Sadly the sole is now separating under the toe just after a year.

Really is a great looking boot, and quite comfortable. However it does scuff easily and it's falling apart. I wear it to work, which is an office job, so by no means am I putting serious wear and tear on it. After wearing them 4-5 days a week for about 5 months, the sole is randomly separating starting at the midsole. I am pretty disappointed.

Looked waterproof and nice. But sadly didn't fit and I'm still awaiting the refund.

Nice looking quality boots. From my and other people experience ,Timberland is known to be half -size bigger , but for this model is not the case. Also, Timberland is known for making comfortable shoes. I do have medium width foot, but this model is way too narrow ! If like this model, in order to avoid hustle, try them in store before ordering them on-line ( in case you get better price that way)

Initial comfort after putting these on was pretty good but let me tell you these are one stiff pair of boots. I kept them thinking that they would eventually break in, however, they never did. I dod still wear them sometimes.

It's an odd boot. They fit well along the foot but as they rise they rub across the ankle and front part of your shin. Uncomfortable. Never felt this in a Timberland before. Liked the look but returned them.

They're incredibly uncomfortable at the side ankle bone. If you look at the design, there's an extra layer/cut of material. This spot just constantly jams up underneath my ankle bone. I tried buying an insert to get a little extra lift inside to avoid it, but it doesn't work.

Great looking shoe except very narrow and unwearable. I've never in my 59 years needed a wide width but in this case I need it however not offered as an option

The sole of the boot has come undone, as in completely disconnected from the rest of the boot, within the first 2 days wearing the boot. I was going to call in to request a new pair, but figured I would fix the shoe myself since I can not trust the quality of a second pair.

I would give 5 stars. They look and feels good but the reason I'm giving 2 is because the the system used on the heel to make It feel softer worn out in 1 season I borrow this product for spring I started to see the holes on the heels by end of summer. I only used them to go from and back to work. I had another pair that lasted years I'm very disappointed with this pair. I had to put some glue to seal the holes so I can wear a little longer. See pic. I think it's little too expensive for a pair of shoes that lasts 1 season.

Surprised that the rubber sole separated from the shoe within a couple of weeks of wear. Expected a lot more from a Timberland product. Really poor reflection on the brand.

I bought these boots November 2018 and wore them a couple times a week until May 2019. I just broke them out again for the fall 2019 season and after a few wears the sole has completely separated on the heel of the left boot. Very disappointing as I expected these boots to last me a few years. I have never owned a pair of footwear that has fallen apart so quickly. I live in Chicago and walk about .3 miles to work most days, in the winter/fall I would wear these boots to the office and then change into my dress shoes.

These are very low-quality, poor-fitting boots. The construction, leather, fit is all just cheap garbage.

Strange that I've been buying Timberland Chukkas for a very long time, and this is the first time I bought a pair that were too small. My feet are small anyway, I ordered this pair a half-size larger than I usually do, and they're still too small. The space between the top of the toe and sole doesn't have much space for my toes. So, they're uncomfortable to say the least. I'm returning them, can't afford to buy another pair until the return is processed, and I hope by the time they do, these are still available. Very nice looking and high-quality; they just run small, not narrow. Can't find a store in my area that sells this shoe, so I don't even know what size to go up to. I need to try them on. I'll probably end up going a full size larger and just hope they're not too big. They are more stylish than the boots I have purchased in the past. Very stiff, so there's no give in the toe of this boot.

I got Tims from Timberland for Christmas (today is April 14). The soles pulled of the shoes within the first couple of weeks. Timberland wouldn't replace them but sent me a gift card, so it will cost me $12 to get a replacement pair. I finally found the shoes on the site, but when I try to order with the gift card magically they are not available. Beginning to think I will never get a replacement pair of shoes. Buy from a store that will replace faulty products.

I love the look of these. Unfortunately, the construction is poor. I received one pair and with that pair the sole/heel broke away from the leather upper within a week. Timberland replaced the boot at no charge, but the second pair had the same issue. I'm waiting to find out if Timberland will refund or replace. So far, the company has been great about it, which is a huge plus. But I wouldn't get this boot again.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. I'm so embarrassed because after wearing them twice to work, the back heel separated from the boot. They also get scruff marks very easily. Very disappointing. My husband sits at a desk for a living so he definitely didn't contribute to the demise of these boots. I am sending them back ASAP. Highly not recommended!

These were a great pair of boots that looked stylish, had a great fit and were comfortable. After wearing them occaisonally last winter and 3 times this season the sole on one seperated from one boot. These were not work boots and only worn causally when traveling so for them to last less than a year is not acceptable. I can not reccommend anyone purchase the Kendrick and I would be hesitant to purchase any other styles from Timberland due to the quality issue. Three emails to Timberland's customer service were never replied to.

The shoe looks great but scratches extremely easily. Quality and durability were awful. After a single-use around the mall and then by the time I was home the show had become stressed and scratched to the point of all the minor scratches showing. If I run my fingernail LIGHTLY on the leather a white mark emerges. NOT good durability. Truly shocked this happened half a day indoors.

I loved the way these boots looked so I bought them a couple weeks back. Today, on my first day wearing them out the sole under the heel of the right boot came completely undone. I'm a little sad as I didn't realize the glue would come undone this fast I definitely thought these boots were more durable. I'm trying to get a hold of customer service to try and return them.
