The boots look great but as other reviewers noted, there are several deal breakers related to the very poor quality of these boots. They don't live up to Timberland quality I've purchased in the past and I really hope this is a one off issue. I've owned several other Timberland boots including Earth Keepers, and an older version of the Kendrick boot - so Timberland boots are my preference and really the only boots I buy.
But I've been severely disappointed by the quality of these boots. The sole came off after about 2 weeks of wear (pics attached), looks like the glue that is sealing the rubber sole to the leather boot dried out or came apart. I'm surprised it's not stitched together in anyway, which I just assumed is how quality boots are built. Second issue is the leather is much stiffer and more uncomfortable than other 6-inch Timberland boots I've had before. In fact getting my foot in and out takes two hands and some struggle vs being able to slip my old ones on/off easily.
You might get lucky and your boots might be okay, and they do look great. But don't take your chances on this boot as I see other people have had issues with the sole coming off. Timberland please fix this! I returned the boots under warranty, although had to pay my own shipping ($15). Also I received a gift card for Timberland, which I'm hesitant to use. I considered getting the same boot until I saw the other reviews with the same issue. Now I have a gift card for Timberland which I'm not interested in using, so the warranty policy is also a bad experience vs receiving an actual refund.

I walk about 25,000 steps a day, and I wore my first pair nearly every day for over a year before needing to replace them. Comfortable, dressy and casual. I polish and condition them about once a month and they hold up very well. New on left and the old on the right. Will stockpile these if they discontinue as I've tried countless dress shoes that burn out in 1-3 months. Getting a year out of these was terrific.

These are my favorite new "go to Timberlands". They are soft and comfortable and can be worn to work and then out later. I love the leather back combined with the canvas front and the color is great! I have received several compliments in the few weeks I have owned these!

Really loved these boots but they fit a little smaller than some other Timberlands (including the Kendrick boot with the side zipper). I usually buy a half size smaller in the Timberland brand but these are more true to size than other Timberland boots I have.

Got this for my bf and he liked them. He is a size 10 and said as long as the laces are tightened good that they feel very comfortable.

Excellent fit and comfort right out of the box. Purchased for uniform-related employment; shoe design supports ankle and sharp appearance with uniform.

I normally wear Allen Edmonds products but reviews of its dress boots were generally not good. I needed some water resistant/ waterproof boots to wear with a suit when it was raining or snowing. These work surprisingly well with suits.

Looks like a dress shoe but feels like a comfortable pair of boots. The leather was stiff and uncomfortable at first but softened up after the first few days.

Lets be clear about this boot. It is a stylish, great looking boot. It had the exact look/style I was searching for. It is very comfortable right out of the box. However, if you are expecting a "heritage build quality", look elsewhere. The soles are glued on. So, when the outsole wears out or the glue fails and the outsole breaks away from the midsole, you throw this boot away. So, find this boot on sale, like I did. At around $100, or less, this is a GREAT LOOKING boot for the price. The upper leather looks and feels very high quality. I am happy to get the most out of this boot I possibly can, and then I will throw it away when it wears out. I knew this when I made the purchase.

I saw these Chukka boots online @ Timberland.com for a great price. Was available in a dark brown leather that I had been searching for to complete a casual dress look. I purchased them for myself for Christmas, order arrived on time & well packaged. Fit was perfect for the size I needed & comfortable out of the box. These boots standout paired with my new ISAIA selvedge jeans. Recommend these high quality Timberland Kendrick model boots.

One of the best pair of boots that I have ever owned. They look great and are very comfortable. I mainly use them for work and I am on my feet for a good part of the day.

I simply love these boots, so much so that this is my second pair. I purchased my first pair about five years ago and they served me well. My first pair were well made and were still looking good, although the sole and heal were well worn. I wasn't looking to purchase a second pair until I realized that Timberland was offering them at 50% off. I'm very happy with my new pair.
