I ordered these in my normal 7.5 size. Too small. I tried the 8 and it was too small. The shoes are too short and too narrow. I could barely fit my heel in the size 8. I'm returning both pairs and I won't try another size. It's a great looking shoe & well made.

The heel is lower that the toe. Runs short. Does not stay on when walking. Poor design. After trying these on, I put my Merrrell "clogs" on and they felt wonderful. No more trying this Chaco brand. Not the quality I'm used to. I'll return tomorrow. Zappos service and delivery cannot be beat! Fabulous every time.

I was debating between these and birks for wintertime around the house shoes/slippers, these are very comfortable, good arch support, and non-itchy wool.

I bought these for short errands like taking the kid to school, going to yoga or martial arts, quick trips to the store, what have you. I've been wearing shoes with custom orthotics for years and these impressed me with their arch support. They actually feel pretty supportive and I hate to wear shoes that aren't like that. The insoles are removable, so you can put your own orthotics in, if you like. Also, they are really, really light, which can be good or bad, depending on what you're looking for. I wouldn't want to wear these for long walks or on gravelly driveways; you can feel everything under your feet. Cons: They are narrow. I am a solid size 8, medium width and I wish I'd have gotten an 8.5. I've worn them out 3 or 4 times and they don't rub anywhere, but I don't think I could wear them with really thick socks. I'm hoping they stretch out a bit with more outings. Also, I purchased the "spice" color which on my screen that showed up as burgundy. In person, they are more the color of dark chocolate, so that was a disappointment. But, overall, these are exactly what I was looking for.

i love these slippers, i really do. That's why i'm so sad to have to return them. I was looking for a wool slipper, very simple design. These are absolutely adorable on the foot. Makes the foot look very petite. I am a true 6 Wide, so i ordered the 6.5. (this is normal for me when ordering a regular width shoe, to go a half size up.) In this shoe, my normal size fit beautifully on the length. the footbed was also dreamy, even the toe box was roomy, which is characteristic of wool shoes. Unfortunately, even though there is an elastic goring on the vamp, the shoes are very narrow through the upper part of the foot. I have a very high instep so that could be why they don't work for me. Wide or narrow foot could wear this slipper easily, but it seems like those with high arch/high instep could have a bit of a too tight fit. Thanks anyway, Chaco. Gorgeous, well-made shoe.

I’ve been wearing Chaco slippers for the last five days and they are great! Another Chaco winner, I’ll be purchasing the Harper Glide as soon as my size is in stock.

I really wanted these to fit. They are super cute, but were tight on my toes, and my heel slipped out. If they weren't so narrow, I would have tried a half size down.
