My previous danskos I had for over 10 years and was excited to replace it with another pair. These were even more comfortable than my old ones and I didn't even have to break them in. But......here is the reason for one star review. In less than 3 months of use the staples along the sole have started to come out causing the uppers to separate from the sole. So disappointed and of course, I can't return them because they have been worn:(

I have been wearing Dansko Professional and Dansko XP clogs for many years. They have recently started making my feet and hips hurt but no other shoe has fit or supported my foot in other ways that they do. I decided to try the Dansko XP 2.0. I had reservations on how much different they would actually be. They are quite different. The lighter weight is so much better and having a little cushioning seems to make a difference as well. Slight warning, sizing runs all over the board with these. I have a 38 and a 37 in the regular Dansko Professional and Dansko XP clogs. I ordered 4 pair of the black patent Dansko XP 2.0 in a 38 and not one of them fit the same. I then ordered a size 37 and they were way to small. Much, much smaller than my other Dansko clogs in the same size. I decided to try a different color and ordered the blue patent and the wine tooled patent each in a size 38. The blue patent was huge and the wine tooled patent is just right and more true to size to my other clogs. The fluctuations in sizes was frustrating, but I finally found a pair of 2.0's that work!

Amazing. I work in health care and I have noticed a lot if doctors and nurses wearing Dansko shoes in different hospitals and clinics. Some of my friends are still wearing the Danskos they had during med school. I now I understand why. Very comfortable shoes. Can withstand more than 12 hour shifts even those long ER shifts where you don’t get the chance to sit. No aching feet even walking through the entire hospital or repeatedly going up the stairs to the 6th floor from a basement callroom. Highly recommend.

These shoes are great, but compared to the regular Professional Dansko’s, these are a bit more narrow. They are super comfy otherwise, cushioned well. After a 12hr shift, my legs and feet are not in pain.

The sizing was true (I normally wear a 38, and the 38 fit perfectly). I like the look and the leather very much, and the fact that it has a non-slip sole was a plus. Very comfortable footbed and the shoe was relatively light for having so much construction to it (i.e., it's certainly not a flimsy shoe). Nevertheless, I gave it a three on comfort because of the reason that I'm returning it: the tongue (?I guess? I mean the very top part of the upper where it hits the middle of your foot...where the tongue would be in a running shoe) is too tight. Just walking around my house a little bit, I could tell that it would quickly become painful, and I don't see how that part could stretch/break in enough to ever be comfortable. Still giving it four stars because if it happens to fit your foot differently, this would be a great shoe. So...the search for a new pair of clogs continues...

I’m a long time fan. I wear almost exclusively Professionals. Ive gotten a few lemons, but generally they’re the most reliable show I’ve ever had. These are my first XP. A few years ago I wouldn’t give them a try, when I suffered plantar facetious. Now that my tendons are sorted, I finally tried them for cuteness sake. They’re great. No break in time. It rained the first day I wore them and I stayed tall and dry just like I should. They’re cute as can be ~ if you like the Dansko look. I rated the arch support as excellent. I have super high arches and I can wear these fine, but they aren’t excessive nor non-existent. Classics Dansko Professionals only with a little padding and a little lighter.

Bought these on March 1st and wore them until July 1st. I was cleaning them up to wear them back to work, and noticed that the bottom is coming off. I’ve worn Dansko clogs for work for many years and never had them fall apart after 4 months of use. I’m very disappointed.

I pretty much wear nothing but Danskos, especially the classic clog. These are much more comfortable, with the softer sole, and the arch support is more evident. They feel great and I prefer them over the classic.
The problem with Dansko is I never know if I'll need a 38 or a 39. Their sizing can be inconsistent, so I've learned to get both and see which one works. You would think that with these types of shoes one size would always fit throughout their product line, but that isn't the case. Would be nice if they could address that.

I ware Dansko for so many years. They have changed in the last few years.
It feels different. I bought my 4th pair and I am so disappointed. The leather is not the same. And after few days of wearing them they looks horrible.
I wish I could return them. But it is too late.
Will have to find different shoes next time.

At least for my difficult feet, I can't wear these right out of the box, only because I have two very different sized feet. I wear a size 38 so the bigger foot felt a bit more snug in the shoe especially at the instep, but if I would of chose a wide, then it would of definitely been sloppy on the smaller foot. That being said, wear them around the house if you have a foot like mine, invest in a shoe stretcher and some stretch spray that will touch up the areas that bother you. Width wise they feel the same as my professionals. Over all the comfort is much better than the professional type shoe, I have inflammatory arthritis and there is definitely the right amount of cushion for your joints. I need support but I also need cushioning. Also remember the insoles are removable so you can place in another insole of your preference. I do appreciate the much lighter weight shoe, but it is supportive at the same time. I do have a rigid hallux, so the sole works great for that but not heavy as to wear out the legs and low back. Give them a try. I would not say they are right for everyone, as there is no one shoe that is for everyone. I am always seeking the shoe that works, and so far this one does but I had to break them in to work for me but I am patient.

These shoes were a god send when I got them! I’ve worn Dansko’s for years and as soon as I slipped my foot it it was heaven! I have had these shoes now for 3 months and they have absolutely fallen apart. The leather looks like I’ve had them do years, broken down, misshapen, and then the foot bed has fallen a part! Where the ball of my foot rests has completed come a part and worn away. At this point I want the professional clog footbed with the XP 2.0 slip resistance. I am on my feet 10-11 hrs a day and need Dansko for my hips and back but can’t spend $150 every 3 months on shoes.

I have worried about getting these shoes as a nurse for a very long while, but after burning through my SECOND pair of typical running/ walking shoes, I was convinced to give them a try if not for any other reason that they would save me money in the long run if I were to continue buying three pairs of work shoes every year. I was also worried about walking because some people wear these shoes and clunk around in an annoyingly loud fashion that makes me want to tell them to "pick up their feet". Even more, I was unsure about the "transition period" everyone states it takes to get used to these
Well, day one, I was ready to pull out the footbeds and put in my own but I'm glad I didn't. By my third 12 hour shift, I stepped out of these bad boys and immediately felt the difference between my shoes and the bare ground, I also noticed- hey, my legs aren't tired. I'm loving these. BIG TIP- do not walk on the balls of your foot in these, that what causes the dreaded clunk. These shoes are designed to propel you forward, so walking correctly in a heel toe fashion, you will walk quielty and be able to sneak up on your co-workers lol.
I bought my normal shoe size in these and in wides and I don't expereicne a "slip" off of my foot but definelty have no rub which i think is also helpful in keeping your feet cozy all shift long. If you're on the fence like I was, give it a shot- I don't think you'll regret it!

I usually wear a regular 39, but had to send it back because it was too narrow and tight across the top. I re-ordered a 39 wide and it fit perfectly. I would recommended ordering either 1 size up or going to wide width, especially if you have high arches. The regular width will be too tight across the top.

I 1st ordered size 37 but they were too big, so I ordered the 36 and they fit perfect and feel wonderful. I love them!

I am so thrilled that Dansko made this new version of their clog! It has a cushioned insole instead of the hard insole. I had foot surgery and can't tolerate the hard insole like I use to. I ordered the same size that I wear in the professional style, but wide width because my bad foot swells up as the day goes on. I'm an RN, and I'm on my feet about 50% of my work day. They fit really well and are very comfortable. They look very similar to the professional style. My feet hurt a little bit at the end of the day, but that's my problem due to the bad foot issue. I'm ready to order a second pair, but the ones I want are out of stock.

Compared to the XP: these XP 2.0 are narrower than the XP, have lower heel (which is better I think, because I often twist my ankle with the XP.) and are lighter in weight. The shoebox do stretch with wear, and I hope that it will stretch enough so I can wear these comfortably, like the XP. I normally wear 5.5, and ordered 35 in these.

I bought these to replace my original Dansko clogs that I’d had for over 10 years. The XP are so much more comfortable than the originals!! I’ve gotten so many compliments about the print too. I like the fact that they can be easily wiped off too! I’ve been wearing Dansko for over 20 years and they last forever.

These are my new favorite shoes. I'm dealing with plantar fasciitis and I havent been happy with my expensive custom orthotics. These felt awesome from the minute I tried them on. Arch is incredible. People with normal feet might not agree, but the substantial arch was exactly what I needed. Will definitely be looking into other colors

These are the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. The wide width made all the difference. The support is amazing. Serious woman, serious shoes. I’m hooked.

This is my second pair of XPs. I love them! The arch support is fantastic as well as the insole. These are definite "keepers" and will order more in the future. I highly recommend these for plantar faciatis or just sore feet.

I love the Dansko XP 2.0. The fit is great, it has great arch support and great stability for the over pronator. I can wear these all day at work where I do a lot of walking. Just wish these great features were found in a dressy shoe as well.

I have worn dansko’s for years. I have several pairs that I worn for more than 10 years, but as of two years ago my employer now requires I wear only black shoes. My first pair of XP 2.0 lasted about 11 months and the soles were completely worn off. I ordered a second pair and they lasted only four months and the sole has completely worn off and part of the second layer of the sole is coming out. I’m very disappointed with quality of the newer line. I want to continue wearing danskos, but can’t afford it!
