Fantastic boots! Dansko does it, again! I purchased the grey and I’ve received so many compliments. The brown leather trim really sets it off. The heel height is perfect for my boot-cut and straight-legged jeans. I can wear them all day in comfort and run errands after work without aches. A very smart purchase.

I'm a Dansko regular as my teaching job has me on my feel all day long, but I actually bought these for a trip to England, and they were perfect. They had enough style for London's sophistication (which is a bit more pronounced that the Southern California suburb where I live). At the same time these boots were comfy from right out of the box. On my 16 hour day walking the city, these shoes kept me from getting and back pain or leg fatigue, all the while keeping my feet warm but not sweaty. Once I got home, they became my fall/winter go-to --with jeans and even (gasp!) dresses, something I've not wanted to do with other low boots. Somehow this style works with everything. I sometimes roll my jeans up and show off the whole boot, and other times I let my jeans cover the tops of the jeans for a sleek look. They work both ways. I have never paid this much for boots before so I was hesitant, but I'm glad I pulled the trigger and ordered them because I've got so much good service and style from these.

I tried these on at Nordstom's and immediately came home to order these on Zappos. These boots are super cute and feel pretty comfortable. I'm taking off one comfort star because they don't feel like they have a lot of cushing in them. But I bought a cushy shoe insert, so I'm hoping that helps these to be able to walk a lot in them.

AH-MAZING boot! It's a more casual style than I was wanting but the fit and comfort are GREAT! Nice block heel that provides stability when walking. I'm not a big fan of nubuck leather but these are so darn awesome, I'm keeping them! True to size.

I love these boots! They fit true to size for me. And when I say that, I mean they fit similarly to the professionals... my regular size 40 allows my heel to go up and down as it does in the pros. As a seasoned dansko clog wearer, that doesn't bother me. If it did, I could maybe size down, but they I don't think there would be room in the toe box, as these only work with thin-ish socks for me. But right out of the box with the right socks, they feel great and I don't expect they will cause me any trouble. I have plantar fasciitis and I'm a teacher, so I don't often get to wear cute shoes. As a fashion novice, I wasn't sure about the gray/brown combo, but I am in love with it. In person these boots seem luxuriously soft on the outside, and the buckle detail with the folded shaft make the boot looks upscale and fashionable. They make my big, relatively wide feet look cute, and they're comfy! Win, win! I'm attaching pics with my pjs bc that's the only way I've worn them yet, and I wanted to be sure to write a review since the reviews help me so much when I'm shopping.

I have to search far and wide to find shoes to fit my bunions. These are great and I love the styling. The only reason I wouldn’t give the style a five is because the height of the boot is a bit awkward with pants. It is a bit high. But I wore them walking around yesterday and today at work (I’m a teacher) and they did well.

I love the look of these boots! Can be dressed up or worn casually with jeans. I am returning them unfortunately because when I walk in them I hear " ca-lop, ca-lop, ca-lol". I think it's the wood that's in the heel.

These boots are AHMAZING!!!! I have the professional Dansko clog which I love! These are just as comfortable as wearing the clogs!!! First day wear was today and I was walking, standing pretty much all day long 8.5 hour work day and no feet pain whatsoever!! Got ton of compliments as well!! Highly recommend! Im a 6.5-7 and got the 37.

These boots were cute and comfortable. I ordered them in the gray color, but ultimately decided to return for another Dansko boot.

In January 2019 I ordered the grey size 38 and found them to be way too big as the back would ride up when I walked. So I returned them and then ordered the boot in size 37 and changed the color to chocolate (as the grey looked like it would really get scuffed and dirty). As they are super cute, and even though they were still riding up in the back and felt really hard - like I was walking on a hard piece of wood - I foolishly wore them to work one day and wow, did my feet feel AWFUL. Since I had worn them I could therefore not return them, I wasted a whole bunch of money, all because of my vanity. Buyer beware, these are seductively cute but quite uncomfortable. I probably will never wear them again.

Fabulous in every way - fit, comfort & style; two thumbs up! Wow, were these Dansko Hartley boots worth signing up for Zappos' handy "Notify me when it becomes available" service! It was love at first sight & happily ever after, for me. I have narrow, low-volume feet with collapsed metatarsal arches, along with über-slender ankles. In Dansko, I normally wear size 38, and nearly always with the thick Thorlo Combat Boot Socks (for their superior cushioning); I ordered these in 38 black. They fit like a dream and were comfortable from the get-go - plenty of toe room but not loose, moderate arch support, moderate cushioning - they feel really lovely on. Bonus points for style: they go with everything I wear - leggings & tunic, opaque tights & skirt/dress, slim pants (tucked in the boots) and bootcut jeans (over the boot shaft). Plus, with the Thorlo socks, they camouflage my skinny ankles and make me feel like a rocker. (Which is great fun for this 61-year-old.) While they don't look dressy (I wouldn't wear them to a wedding), I think they're so versatile that I could wear them every day, except in hot summer. Try these on. You just might fall in love.

These boots are beautiful, I was so disappointed that I wore them for 2 hours and my feet hurt so I had to send them back. 9 wide Maybe don't let my comfort thing scare you off, I have sad feet. If you have regular feet, buy these enjoy them for me!

I ordered my usual size 38. I need to wear socks to make a perfect fit, but very cute and comfortable boots! Glad I finally bought them. They were on my radar for awhile.

I adore these boots! They are comfortable and the heel is the perfect height. I can wear a light weight cotton sock with them and they do not feel snug. They really are great boots. Highly recommend.

I bought these in the gray. They are SO cute! If my shoes aren't comfortable out of the box, they go back. I put these on and walked around quite a bit. The leather is so soft, the sole and heel is not wood, more of a rubber sole. Super comfy. Really glad I bought them!

I loved the grey nubuck leather and they looked great out of the box. I usually wear a 39 in dansko but my heel was lifting so much in the boot it bothered me. I then ordered the 38 and the heel lift was much better, but felt to was too narrow on my wide foot. I would’ve kept them if I knew they would stretch out, but I wasn’t sure if they would and didn’t see any reviews on that matter. Zappos, as always, was amazing and allowed the easy Oder/return.

If you have a wide foot and are looking for a cute boot you can actually fit a pair of socks in, these work great! They are my go to in winter with jeans.

These boots are so comfortable right out the the box. I love Dansko shoes! I have chronic knee pain and low back pain, wearing Dansko helps minimize the pain! So worth every penny!!

I absolutely LOVE these boots! I have a bit wider foot, but Dansko medium width has always felt so good on my feet and these are no exception! These boots in grey nubuck are very cute and look great on - everything I was hoping they would be! Thank you Zappos and Dansko - love you both!

I had my eye on these boots as I love the style of gray with brown leather trim. They felt perfect the first time I put them on. They have a classy but casual style. I have not worn them yet but look forward to stepping out in them. As Dansko is the primary shoes I wear, these are a nice change of look!

Best boots I have ever had. I love wearing boots but I have never found any that i could wear all day walking. These are so comfortble. I love them. I get compliments all day. They are so cute. So glad I bought them.

I'm so pleased with these boots. They are stylish and comfortable. They are narrower than my Dansko clogs and I like that. I don't feel like I'm going to twist my ankle. I love them!

Love these! I normally wear a size 9.5 (or 40); but 39 are perfect for me. I wore them for a full day and evening the day after I got them and they are so comfy. I read a review by a women who bought them for a trip to London and said they were stylish, yet great for walking. That sold me as I was looking for boots for a similar trip. Be sure to use water proof spray right away, though. I did and was glad, because I had to walk through a couple inches of early spring surprise snow, and they held up very well.

These boots are so cute. I wore them for the first time today and two strangers complimented me on them. They are also very comfortable. They feel a little roomy, so much so that I ordered a size down (from US 8.5 to 8). But the smaller size was too small, so I ended up keeping the bigger ones even though they feel a bit loose.
