I loved my Revel 1 so much that I ordered 2 pairs but the downfall on these was that within 2 months they got holes along the cushion part near the ankle and if you read other reviews you will see others with the same issue and it’s not from overuse / wear. I like the fit so much that I was excited to try the Revel 2 thinking maybe that problem was corrected. Out of the box I really didn’t care for they look of the crochet style fabric, but when I put them on I didn’t at all feel like they compared to the comfort and fit of the Revel 1. I have a medium width foot but I do like shoes with enough toe box room. The 2 is a bit more narrow in the toe and less cushion in the toe compared to 1. If you are someone that likes cushion like the Ghost, Glycerin or Launch these do not have that. If you are set on the Revel, I suggest looking for the Revel 1.

I purchased the black/gray/arctic dusk version in a women's 10 B (medium). I bought these to replace my Nikes that I can't get to stop squeaking no matter what I try. The Revel 2 is great -- they didn't require a break-in period as they were really comfortable and supportive out of the box. Other reviewers mentioned they are snug --- I wouldn't say that so much as they fit just right, so if you try to wear thick socks with them in your normal size, you may have a problem; or if you are right in between sizes you may wish to size up. The one thing that I didn't care for is that the heel is kind of low and there's no tab to pull them on, so you have to loosen the laces quite a bit to keep from folding the heel down while you get them on. But, overall, I found this to be a great shoe (and they don't squeak!)

These fit true to size. The toe box is a little narrow, but I have narrow feet, so they’re ok for me. This is my first experience with Revel as I usually wear Adrenaline. I can’t run anymore so these are only for walking. I prefer the comfort of Brooks. Super sparkly, which you can’t really see in the pic. I like it, but some may not. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the knit style but it seems comfortable. I haven’t worn them outside of the house yet, but I hope I don’t have issues with them as some reviewers have written about. I don’t expect to since this is my fourth pair of Brooks.

I wear a 7 in regular shoes, and sometimes a 7.5 in athletic shoes. I got the 7.5 Revel, took out the insoles, inserted my orthotics, and they felt good. I test-drove them around the house for about 45 minutes over several days, and they're great. Good arch support, pretty good-sized toe box, heel grips nicely. I have plantar fasciitis, achilles tendenitis and a heel spur, so finding the right shoe has been a challenge. Came close with Vionics, and would definitely try that brand again in different styles. But the Brooks was the winner this time.

I love these so much that I bought the real ones also! I have to wear arch support & these do not squash my feet. Also the insoles are easy to remove. Great shoes! Worth every penny.

These are my absolute favorite running shoes. I wore the original Revels previously after only wearing Nikes for running in the past. I was having knee and ankle pain but was stubborn about making the switch to a different brand for running shoes. I finally caved and bought my first pair of brooks and have never looked back. Was super excited when the Revel 2 came out the colors and overall look of the sneaker is even more attractive and I have loved these so much

I’ve had 2 pair of the Revel’s and I felt these were a little narrow at first and not as much cushion. After wearing them all day and running in them, they are keepers! I may go ahead and buy another pair in case these aren’t available anymore.

After loving the Revel 1 but that version no longer being available I ordered a pair of Revel 2. The fit is much narrower then the Revel 1 and I did not feel as though they were as supportive as the Revel 1 but decided to keep them anyways. After 3 weeks of wearing them only for workouts, they started to develop a hole in the padded/inner ankle area. Thinking that I had gotten a defective pair I contacted Zappos costumer service who sent me a replacement pair for free. Now after 2 months of wearing these sneakers for exercise only they are developing a hole in the exact same place as the first pair. I do feel that a $100 pair of sneakers should last a lot longer then 2 months. I am quite disappointed in the quality of these particular Brooks sneakers and definitely would not purchase another pair in the future.

I ordered a few pairs of Brooks and many other pairs of competitor's tennis shoes before decided that these were the best of the best in comfort!! I teach and tend to stand/walk for 9 hours a day on concrete without much sitting. I needed great shoes. Brooks delivered with the Revel 2!! I did end up ordering half a size bigger than my norm, because the are not a thin flimsy shoe - it's packed with cushion so I just felt more comfortable with a 9.5.

I prefer a lighter weight shoe for running; these are a heavier weight sneaker and are my “go to” walking shoes. The arch support is excellent! They are well made and stand up to heavy use.

I love brooks. They are soooo comfortable. I wear a 9 in most shoes but I have to buy a 9 1/2 in brooks and I own 4 pair and I need a half size bigger in every style of brooks I have tried. They are a great every day shoe.

I’m a big fan of the Revel 2! I use them for my daily 4 mile walk and have experienced good ankle support and excellent cushioning overall. I’m a solid 8.5 in Brooks and these fit perfectly. I would buy the adrenaline if I were to use for running. But for walking, the Revel 2 is good and at a much better price point.

I love the comfort of these shoes along with the looks. I had to order up a half size for proper length and width.

I have plantar fasciitis and these are great for day to day wear but not quite good enough for work.

I LOVE these shoes. I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis and with these shoes, I've yet to experience a flare up. They are super cute and so, so, so comfortable.

Gorgeous shoe! The threads are shiny making the mesh look glittery. Very comfortable shoes, great support for tough workouts. I wear a 6 in most shoes, but am a size 7 in Brooks.

I’m in love with these shoes. This is my first pair of Brooks and I will buy more. I walk several miles a day at work and feel like I’m on a cloud! ?

The shoe is great except, they call it gray and it is not. It is purple. I am keeping the shoe because I do like it, but I would not have purchased it if it said it was purple. I thought it was gray in the picture.

Love!! Was a fan of ASICS for years. Brooks are now my go to sneakers.

From the second step I took, I understood what my doctor told me about these shoes and helping relieve my persistent plantar fasciitis. My arches are cradled, calves pleasantly stretched, my heel supported and room for my toes to wiggle. My feet are happy!

I normally wear a 7.5 and sized up to an 8. Fits great, very comfortable, I sent another pair of Brooks back in favor of this one, and I like the simple black style.

I was so excited to get these shoes but unfortunately they were a disappointment. They are more silver than white and I was looking for white. I also thought they looked a little bulky when I had them on. I have a wider foot and these shoes were too narrow for me.

I wanted to love these. The color options are *fantastic*! I ordered 2 colors and wanted to order more. And loved the texture of the fabric upper with a wee bit of sparkly threads. But they weren't very comfortable. The back of the shoe at the heel is super curved so it sort of dug into my ankles and held my heel too tightly into the shoe. The opening of the shoe is also way too padded which doesn't work for me and sort of made my ankles look weird. I wore the shoe around the house for a couple of hours and noticed that the shoe got a bit baggy looking near the arch as the fabric warmed up. And they were surprisingly fairly warm considering the fabric upper. So sadly they are going back. Really appreciate Zappo's incredible return policy.
