Good leather. Inside falls apart. Leather good. Too bad about inside.

They fit and feel great, but after wearing them 2 times the sole inside the shoe is already coming apart which makes the shoes unwearable due to being insanely uncomfortable. It makes it feel like there are rocks in your shoe but it is the leather insert coming up near the inside toes. I had a pair previously this happened to after 3 years of wearing but did not think it would happen with 2 times of wearing the new ones. The quality has either gone completely down hill or this pair is defective. I am hoping it is defective cause if not i would recommend looking at a different company for shoes like this.

I love your Gold Cup boat shoes, problem is, you seem to be perpetually out of mid sizes, 10.5M for example.

Intentionally posted a misleading title so these don't sell out again. Hands down best shoes ever. I go through a pair a year I wear them so much. So comfortable and they look great to boot. I wear them with everything.

It is a beautiful shoe that is well made. I gave it only 4 stars because it seems to be a little shorter than most 9.5 shoes and the leather, while of excellent quality, is very stiff. I'm sure it will soften over time, but initially it makers the shoe somewhat uncomfortable.

Not as good as they used to be. I don't like the half insoles because the get unglued and goes up and becomes uncomfortable

I am very disappointed in the way this paticular shoe is made. The inner lambskin sole is not glued down properly and it balls up and makes my foot sore.

I purchased two pairs of these Gold Cup boat shoes. They are super comfortable right out of the box. Look great feel great, except for a 6'2" 207lb male, they don't really provide much stability or support. But the main flaw of these expensive boat shoes is that after several months of daily wear, the footbed liner becomes unglued and starts to deteriate. Not what I expected from Sperry.

Bought this pair of shoes May 25. By 4th wearing both inner soles had rolled and made the shoes uncomfortable. Less than 12 hours total wear on flat, indoor surfaces. Too much to pay if have to replace inner soles this soon. Have been out of country and initial return date has passed.

Insoles are inferior to past models and do not endure for very long

The insole curls up and becomes very uncomfortable to wear. The short insole is unique to the gold cup version. Normal sperrys are full insole.

I bought the tan variant and fell in love with it as soon as I tried it on. It was a nice soft leather and beautiful. I was excited to wear them to my museum outing the next day. I returned with a huge pain in my left heal that felt like I was stepping on a pressure point all day. I discovered that the left heal felt much more empty compared to the right heal. I figured it must be just this one shoe. I ordered another tan and a navy pair because I had high hopes in them being fine. I was sad to report that they also had the issue with the left heal! I currently have an open defective merchandise order with the company and had to return the other 2 new pairs.

I have been wearing these since 1955 in Nantucket. Best moccasins ever made.

The leather is premium (very soft) and the foam inside the boat short (especially the heel) is very comfortable.

I'm happy to receive the replacement shoe that I should have received the first time. I had to upgrade to the gold cup to achieved that quality.

Without a doubt, the most comfortable boat shoe I have ever owned.
