The first one I received had a damaged zipper. Customer service completely waved my purchase and sent me a new one right away since I was leaving for vacation. Zappos continues to have the best customer service and that is why I continue shopping with them!

Its a beautiful suitcase, very light weight and glides easily across the floor with little effort. The only draw back is there are no pockets, you have one zippered netting area, thats it, so you have to be creative about packing and maybe use ziploc bags to store things.

I have been wanting a hardside Calvin Klein spinner for a long time. They are very expensive, but I found this one on Zappos for a fraction of the other places. I like it, it's exactly what I wanted, I knew I would be giving up some pockets and zippers, but I wanted one like this, I will just pack things in Ziploc bags and that will work just fine. I am planning to go and purchase the smaller one as well, the price is just great.
