This is easily the most intuitive bag I've ever owned. I absolutely love the handle on the front. The laptop compartment is well protected and soft. 40L but doesn't appear that large when worn.

Amazing bag. Plenty of space, durable, good looking, and many compartments. I did a ton of research comparing the router bag to competitors. This bag does not disappoint. And, it is worth the extra $$$

Beautiful well crafted back pack fits me and my older sons who are giants compared to me. My oldest son a senior is retiring the previous backpack I handed to him after 7 years! Pretty regular wear and tear. Here’s to hoping this one last another 7!

I use it to hike with and back 'n forth to work everyday. It has enough room and separation with in the bag to stay organized and carry your life with you. I'm not an ultra light guy I'll trade some weight to have a product forever and this bag and what it's made of is almost like a 5.11 pack. A trustworthy friend I'll bring on any mountain or daily travel for a long time.

I was using a traditional one shoulder strap computer bag for over 15 years but grew tired of the imbalance of having that weigh all on one shoulder. The North Face Router backpack is a nice alternative to that. The straps are easily adjustable with thumb loops to pull the pack tight. The back is padded and contoured to the point where you almost don't feel it really. The distribution of weight across both shoulders is nice to help keep good posture. There is a cross chest and cross waist strap for additional stabilization. The pack fits a 15 inch MacBook Pro and 12.9 inch iPad Pro snuggly. I don't feel like the laptop would be damaged if the pack fell since there is plenty of thick protection. The main compartment is pretty big for work related folders. The top small compartment holds plenty of pens, dongles, etc. There are two other padded compartments for cell phone or cameras as well. The two side pouches are plenty big for water bottles. Overall, it is a nice backpack for work and I am sure would be nice for hiking with the very large main compartment.

A bag that has thought of everything ... it's compact, but there is so much room! The pockets are ideally sized and ideally placed for easy access and organization. The laptop compartment adds significant protection without being bulky.

Fit is a little stiff. The Stitching fell apart after a couple months. Frustrating for a backpack that costs this much.
