These arrived in a plastic bag which caused them to be misshaped. They are also uncomfortable

Someone stepped on my son's shoe from behind while in school and the tongue ripped from the shoe. Not thrilled considering they were only 2 weeks old.

I ordered a 10 and it was too big , but that's what I normally wear . I returned these and got a different style

Shoes fell apart within a couple of weeks. I contacted Hey Dude to try and get the issue resolved and it has now been two months and nothing back from them. I tried to chat online with them tonight and the person I was talking to didn't understand anything I was saying. Incredibly frustrating!

I bought these for my husband who is in Memory Care Facility thinking they would be a comfortable easy shoe for him. I bought size 10 and they seemed too big and the got 9 and they even seem big and flop around on his foot. I had to give up and put him back in New Balance sneakers were he has support. I wear hey dudes and like them. Unfortunately they just didnt work for my husband.

Shoes dont fit well and when I reached out to customer service they blew me off and said I bought the right size. Usually wear a 10.5. These are now just sitting in the closet.

Ordered them and received a defective pair and exchanged them for the same pair but received the wrong shoes the second time and was only given the option of a refund

They were sized wrong and fit me like clown shoes with no way to return

I ordered 3 pair and you sent them to some Georgia address instead of mine. They are now on their way back to China. Thanks .

They are ripping already and we have not even had them a month

They show dirt way to easily and run big.

Do not fit true to size. I only had them on my foot for 5 minutes while trying to drive. I had to take them off for fear of wrecking because they were so loose and floppy. My shoes did not fit either. Returns were not convenient. Will not purchase again.

More the response from your support that frustrates me. No phone number and no response from the support contact.

Paid for 3 day shipping on an order placed in the morning and order is not coming in time. Disappointed in this company.

This review is over the return process. I sent back on 5/11 and they have not made it to returns from the usps facility since arriving on 5/13. I messaged hey dude and got a generic response that does not get me my money back. The shoes are still at the usps facility as of 6/1 and hey dude is not in the least bit concerned that a potential return customer get their refund. This will receive a generic response and I'll be surprised if hey dude does anything to resolve this.

Size I tried 2 times and the size still didnt change so I gave up. I got tired of returning them.
