Why do these shoes(and many others) have such long laces? When tied they almost drag the ground. Plus they drape over the "N" on the side of the shoe which takes away from the style of the shoe. I've ordered new laces but should I have to? New Balance must know that the laces are ridiculously long.

I have a really wide foot and have trouble finding shoes that fit and look cute. I ordered a size and a half down compared to my running shoes since that was what was available and they run big. It was perfect. Now I have comfortable and stylish shoes

I wanted to love these shoes! I had been looking for a white sneaker with a gum sole for months and these really looked perfect. I ordered a 6 and a 6.5 (I'm between and 8 and 8.5 in ladies shoes). Of the two, the 6 felt better in length but a tad tight in the forefoot area. As others have noted, the sole squeaks and the laces are wayyy too long. I found the exta length in the tongue to be the death knell though. They rubbed against my ankles when I walked and I knew immediately these were a "no go". Also there is very little padding in the bottom so I don't think these would be good for traveling/lots of walking.

Ordered a half size larger than actual foot size and it fits great. Colors are great, pNo complaints.

I have size 9, and I usually wear Nike , cause they fit me true to the size, but this dark pink New Balance - fits me perfectly! And they look really fancy! I just love them ! I wish the black ones were on clearance, I would have bought them as well;)

I'm a big fan of the New Balance Numeric series. This model, AM210 looks great, but the feel/construction was disappointing. It's much thinner, lighter and less constructed for wear than a model like the NM212. The NM212 is a great everyday shoe, while this one isn't comfortable enough nor does it seem like it would last if worn everyday. Good for looks and occasional wear but I'll skip this model next time.

I am 79 years old and I have never owned a pair of shoes like these before. The heels are lower than the balls and toes of my feet. I feel like I am going to fall backwards. The shoes are very nice looking and fit and feel great until I try to walk in them. I am going to try to cut some pieces of cardboard to layer between the soles and the removable insoles, and jack up my heels to try to get some stability. Bought New Balance because I had had such good luck with them in the past. No reflection on Zappos, they do a great job with what they have to work with,

For being labeled as a Skateboard Shoe, the durability of these shoes is terrible. I have about 6 hours worth of skateboarding in wearing these shoes and there is already a hole in the common Ollie spot (outside of front foot, near the toes) as seen in the attached photo. DO NOT buy these shoes if you intend to skateboard with them! I am extremely disappointed with these shoes.

Fit well when sized up a half size from my usual. Super comfy.

Fit and size is excellent! I'm a size 14 and these fit my feet perfectly, no pinching or squishing. I need orthotics so I was able to easily swap out the insoles for my orthotics. Everyone keeps commenting how much the look like Vans which is what I was going for - a comfier, more supportive version of Vans! It didn't hurt that these were also under $70!

Love them! I usually wear women size 6, they didn’t have it, so I bought the men size 4. And they fit great!

Just what I wanted-- light, simple, comfortable. Clean, white design keeps them from looking like slot-machine.

The New Balance brand seems to be the only shoe that make my feet happy
