I’ve kept these gorgeous grey suede pumps for a week, hoping that I could keep them. Classy, a good fit. I’ve been hanging in for as long as I can, but age is telling me that I just can’t do the heels anymore. Breaks my heart. If you can, get these - they will make your heart sing!

These have a great classy look. They feel perfect on my feet and the shorter heel is just what I need.

have to send these back... i'm normally a 8.5 and i have to send back for a 9. Stinks.

I love the classic look of these shoes and the heel height makes it perfect for work. I would size down half a size. I am usually a 5.5 in heels, but the 5.5 kept slipping off. 5 was not in stock so I cannot guarantee if that would have been a perfect fit! Very cushioned so it must be comfortable!

I got these in the tan 7.5 M, my usual size. The pumps are a bit tight, i've found this before with Cole Haan so that wasn't altogether unexpected. The leather quality is so nice though that I don't have any blisters or anything after a day of wear to the office so I think they will work out. They are very sharp looking pumps with a heel that's not too tall but not too short either. Unfortunately my pair came with a couple of defects, one is a spot the size of a quarter which is darker than the rest, which was disappointing considering the price tag! I didn't bother with exchanging them since i needed them for an event but now I'm wishing I had, since I see the large spot every time I glance down. Anyway so look at yours carefully when you get them and plan time to exchange.

Agree with other reviewers that shoe fits smaller than size indicated, maybe because of tight toe box. I’m an 8 1/2 (my previos pair of Cole Haan pumps, which I love, are 8 1/2). Sending these back for larger size. Love the navy color. Will go with almost everything.

This is a beautiful pair of pumps. You can tell the materials are high quality and soft leather. Unfortunately I have a slightly wider foot (normally a 6.5W), so I had to go half a size up, which made the shoe a little too long. I kept them though and added a back of the heel cushion to help with the heel gap. They were pretty comfortable to wear once broken in. I would definitely buy more of these in other colors if I could get them in wide width in my true size.

I got these in Woodbury leather, and it's really beautiful. The leather is good quality and the color is just what I wanted. The problem is that the heel isn't centered, which you can see in the picture. It's set over to the side a bit, which makes walking in them a bit challenging. Beautiful shoes, but definitely something to consider. :)

A closet staple. Most comfortable pair of pumps I have purchased. Nice moderate heel height. Basic style. Wish they would also make a similar pair with a little more glam to it.

I am typically an 8 or 8.5 in any shoe. Cole Haan shoes typically run true to size and I wear an 8 in this brand. I ordered the shoes in white for my wedding. I ordered both 8 and 8.5, and could barely get my foot in the 8. The 8.5 was quite tight. There is no way I want to wear those shoes all night. In terms of comfort, I do think they will be comfortable and provide good support once I get the correct size. It is also a very attractive shoe in real life. If you like it in the picture, I think you would like it at least as much in person. Sometime different colors of the same design fit differently. This review is for the white shoe. The sizing may be just fine in another color. I don't own a single pair of shoes that are a size 9, but I plan to purchase a 9 in this shoe. Unfortunately, I came back to Zappos to purchase the 9 and they are sold out. Bummer!

Length was good but too narrow. Please make shoes that don't squeeze toes into such a narrow box. Otherwise they would have been delightful.

I FINALLY found a mid-heel navy pump (mid-heel = LESS than 3 inches....this 2.5 inches is perfect and not available enough in the market!). However, it is disappointing. The pointy toe is uncomfortable. It is tight...on my narrow feet, it was a good width but maybe too pointy. I am normally an 8.5 and I tried both an 8.5 and 9....The 9 was clearly too big and not wearable. The 8.5 appeared to fit, but was not comfortable in the toe area. Like I said, I have narrow feet so if you have a wide toe area, forget it. Across the middle of the shoe, there was a slight gap , but I expect that when wearing medium width shoes (Cole Haan - why did you stop offering narrow???!!!!) I was willing to compromise on comfort so I could wear the few outfits in my closet that require a navy pump like this. However, this "marine blue" color is not a true navy....it is a warm, dark blue with teal, green undertones. It looks terrible paired with an actual navy pair of slacks, dress, or suit. It may work with white, beige, and grey clothes, but I need something that works with navy clothes, so I'll be returning these. It seems impossible to find a mid-heel, classic navy pump!!

Nice classic pump, nice blush color. When I wore them around the house they seemed fine. Three hours in an evening out destroyed my feet. Three days of pain and a big blister. Have to return these unfortunately.

I've purchased and worn many pairs of Cole Haan pumps and for some reason, this pair really seemed a tad too small (a half size up would be too large, but the current size is a touch small). I think I will need to stretch them out prior to wearing them out. It feels a touch too small in length and a touch too narrow overall. Otherwise, the height is great for work to going out.

I've only worn these shoes indoors (they are my "under the desk shoes") and they are already scratched, discolored and the glue is coming undone at the toe of the shoe. I've been wearing Cole Haan for years and they have been my "go to" because they fit my feet perfectly and are comfortable to walk in. At least these were comfortable and the style was just what I was looking for, I don't know what happened -- I've had other Cole Haans that have lasted me years and I've worn those outside. Very disappointed. This is the last pair of Cole Haans I'll buy.

Gorgeous classic pump. Love the smoke grey color, the new neutral. These shoes fit perfect and feel very well made.

Beautifully made, nice leather soles. Great for all-day wear. The marine blue is a particularly nice color.

Great service but very disappointed that the shoes are 30% cheaper today! That 54 dollars!!!

I typically wear a 8 to 8.5 in a heel... given this has a pointed toe, I tried an 8.5C (as I my foot might be considered more wide than narrow), 8.5B and a 9B. The 9B is a great fit! I own these in the grey and yellow suede, wore them for three days straight (on non-smooth streets) - I received several complements and my feet remained my friends. I've worn the same brand of heels for 5+ years, and I think that brand has been unseated as my go to pair.

I love this shoe for work. The 65 mm heel is just right. I have problem feet so after wearing them all day my feet were a little sore, but I got a lot of compliments and I had no problem running around in them. I'm sure they will become more comfortable as I get more used to them. And decent price too.

This is a great heel. The ox blood color (Cordovan Leather) honestly can be used with so many different looks.
