These insoles are very nice. They have just enough support to keep your feet happy but not so much that they make your shoes too tight. If you need lots of arch and cushion then these may not be enough for you. They also have a slight (and I mean slight) metatarsal bump which I love. Note: if that bump bothers you at first, keep wearing them because it takes a little getting used to. Your feet will thank you. They are made very well with leather top which looks really great once they are in the shoe and they feel great too! I put these in some boots that I needed a bit more support in and another plus was that the slicker surface of the leather insole made the boots easier to get on! The fit and size is a bit tricky tho. I ordered 39 as that is the size of most of my Ecco shoes and others I own. They did not fit into my size 39 ecco shoes! I had to trim them quite a bit even at the sides which I felt was ruining the insole. Once inside the shoe they were fine but I would not want to take these in and out of the shoes frequently with that trimming done. Anyway, the next time I ordered them, I got a size down and they fit right in my shoes with no trimming. I would recommend sizing down in these.
