not happy with the shose its hert me when i wher it if can u replace me with another shose

I have had four or five pairs of SWIMS loafers over the past three or four years and I love them. They have always run a full size big, so I have always worn a size 11 in SWIMS (I normally wear a size 12). So I first ordered an 11, but they were way too small. I exchanged them for a 12, but they were too small as well. So I ended up needing a 13. I don't know why they'd change their sizing and fit so much so that it's two sizes different now, but be careful and don't assume that a size you've worn in the past will fit with a new style.

I dig these. Got them for my go-to daily footwear on a cruise. They are great with swim shorts and equally cool with a nice pair of linen pants at the outdoor bar. As far as sizing - I first ordered my normal size, but ended up exchanging them for a pair one full size larger. I dig these but I’m not entirely sure price point is proper. Props to Zappos as always for ridiculously easy return exchange process.
