given as a gift........have purchased eagle products and always found them to be quality.......if a problem can return and was told they most likely would provide a new one...recipient was thrilled to receive.

Love these bags. Light weight and durable! Loads of handles and tie downs. And with a great warranty you can't beat that for the price.

We purchased 2 of these bags for our grandchildren who were going on a cruise with us. When I asked them how many bags they were taking on the cruise, they replied "3 or 4" We bought a red 32 duffel bag and a grey 32 duffel bag for them and when we met them at the hotel, they had everything in their new bags and were thrilled that they weren't having to drag numerous bags and believe me, they had them packed full! Thank you Eagle Creek

I do like this bag for my long haul trips, as it can take a lot of stuff inside it, and love the fact you can split the bag easily for packing the different compartments. My negative comment would be once loaded up, and using it on wheels the bag is top heavy and falls forward, it could do with a support foot or similar to stop this. I wouldn't use this for a short trip away as I think I would struggle to fill it, but certainly for a long holiday it's great. I only bought this as I couldn't get the ORV Trunk in time, so this was a good back-up option.

I purchased two of these bags to use when I haul supplies when I teach workshops. The bag loads easily and I appreciate the two separate compartments. The ONE flaw this bag has is that it needs a built in rest at the forward part of the base. It is extremely "front-heavy" and the bag will almost always tip over forward. My previous rolling duffle of this size had this feature and stood perfectly on-end. Other than that, it is a great bag. I love the Eagle Creek brand but I wish they would correct this issue on this particular duffle.

I was hoping it would be able to stand up on its own, which it can't, so when it became very heavy it was harder to maneuver. That said, it can hold a ton of stuff.

While the bag seems like it can hold a lot of stuff, the zippers on the main compartment struggle to zip around the bottom frame of the bag

Falls over, don't expect a bag that acts like a normal pull behind.

Roomy and easy to pack the downside is when pulling it through the airport it does not stay upright when you let go of the handle

I used it for a dive trip with BCD in the bottom, clothes on top.

I brought this assuming it will be bigger then my Dakine 110L, I was wrong. It was hardly even bigger then my Dakine 85L. I could only fit 2/3 of the same stuff that was in my Dakine 110 litres into this bag. I am in the process of returning this to the store now. Beside the size issue this wasn't a bad bag.

While this bag holds a lot of stuff, I have found the design very impractical. It doesn't stand on its own when full, which is just annoying when traveling between destinations. Also, because it narrows at the top - the opening to access your stuff is too small and very impractical if you are on the move living out of the bag. I had high hopes, but compared to other large roll always I have purchased in the past, the overall design just doesn't hold up.

This seems to be a well- made suitcase that is easy to pack and organize. I used it on a trip to Spain and Portugal and found that it will not stand up. Even with shifting all heavy objects to the lower portion, it still falls over. When checking in at a kiosk, the case is sprawled on the floor in everyones way. All other cases are standing up. It should be removed from items for sale and redesigned. It would not be difficult and might help Eagle Creek to regain a good name. The response to my complaint was that I should have bought another of their products.
