I have had this bag and several other Eagle Creek Bags for some time and I can tell you, they hold up better than any other luggage I have had. Great Construction, will not disappoint!

I travel almost weekly for work and usually have an Eagle Creek backpack. When I needed a new suitcase I went with Eagle Creek because of the quality of the backpacks. The best thing is that this fits in a CRJ900! I love Eagle Creek products!

This bag has been with me thru it all. I know it gets treated like poo. Thrown around, traversing rough terrain and just being used, it's still going strong. I think I keep waiting for it to tick out. I've been nomading full time for nearly 3 years and this bag is the BEST

Incredibly durable. Love having the 4 wheels that run smoothly. I squeeze so much in here! I travel several times a month, including back and forth from LA to NY and often am wheeling this over rough sidewalks and hauling it up long staircases. While I have other carry ons from other brands, this is the only one I ever use anymore.

Can't wait to pack this bag for a trip to Key West in late October. Carry on size, but with the use of Eagle Creek pack-it's, I should be able to get everything I need for this trip in this bag.

Small in a good way as it forces better packing

Purchased the domestic size and still a little smaller than I had imagined. That being said, will fit everywhere and keep me from packing too heavy! Great quality and rolls like a dream.

I've been looking for a high quality, durable carry-on and now I have found it. Plenty of innovative storage compartments. The 360 caster wheels make rolling this luggage a breeze. This may be the last carry-on luggage I ever need to purchase!

Nice size and nice upgrade for us with the four wheels

Had a dry spell with travel but finally did over Thanksgiving. This is my first experience with the 4 wheel system and it did exactly what I wanted. I could rotating the bag 90 degrees to get down narrow airplane isles without having to pick it up. I found that I was able to carry my wife's large, open bag with gifts on this luggage since I did not have to tip it, which tends to make this type of bag fall off eventually. Much easier. Also really enjoyed having the coat hangar function, which was new to me as well. I am a long time Eagle Creek customer and they have not disappointed me.

Family trips and vacations. We pack light, and this is the perfect bag for travel on planes.

Great bag overall, would rate as 4.5 if that was an option. 4 wheels is definitely better than 2, rolls easily over most surfaces, adequate space for 3-5 day business trips or personal travel. Only flaw is - an inability to practically use the outside pockets when the main compartments are full. This may be a major issue to people who carry on and travel with their own toiletries, however I was able to move toiletries to briefcase and put a light weight rain jacket in the empty large outside pocket. I would prefer to leave my toiletries in the outside pocket, but wasn't a deal breaker for me.

Nice product and easy to use. Like the easy access pocket in the front of the bag for my electronics. My son is jealous and he wants one now...

Use for quick weekend trips or business travel. Has held up well and is easy to maneuver.

This suitcase is the perfect size for my business and personal trips. I can pack with cubes and fit all of my necessities in this carry-on for a long weekend or even a longer trip if washing machines are available. It fits a surprising amount in a small space and it fits on airplanes with ease. I love the clam shell design and it works really well with the packing cubes. My wife and I both have this suitcase and we both love it for any of our domestic and international trips. Eagle Creek has won us over!

This bag is amazing. I love the centre split; makes it easy to access items -- even to pull out your liquids at security line-up. It practically rolls itself. It is so smooth, comfortable and easy to roll that the $ you spend on it initially will be saved in taxi fare as you will gladly walk a few km with this great bag. It packs easily (I use packing cubes, but it is not necessary). I use it both for overnight to few night business trips...but it will also do a vacation for 10 days easily. The only issue I've had is that I need to be cautious when closing the expansion zipper to ensure the excess expansion material does not get stuck in the zipper. Close it whilst running a finger along the material and you will be fine. Even if you run into a problem I expect the warranty is great (though I have not had to use it on this bag, but I have a much older bag large rolling canvas bag from Eagle Creek that has been bashed around for > 18 years with broken zipper, broken canvas and bent retractable handle. Took it to my local travel-luggage shop and it was returned to me fully repaired by Eagle Creek in one week with no charge. I have never written an online review in the past, but this case is so excellent and Eagle Creek's service is so good, I really thought it warranted this review. I have recommended it to a friend who purchased it and is also delighted.
