Oh my... I have never spent this much on a shoe, lol (but) I think it may be worth it. I'm in my 50's and have always been into fashion for as long as I can remember. It's very hard to wow me these days because I think I've worn and seen it all. That being said, I know what I like and what I don't. My feet are not the same as they were when I was younger, so strappy sandals and overall uncomfortable shoes are a pass - but not at the expense of style. Bernardo Luna Bootie to the rescue! These are stylish, unique, comfortable, classic, the perfect heel height and shape, and the leather is like butter. Wear them with a dress, shorts, capris, jeans... you name it. I know I will reach for them often.

Great looking shoes. Comfortable for heels . I'm 64 and don't do well in heels at my age. But these shoes were comfortable!

Love the shoe but they run larger/wider than the average 7 medium. The back strap looked baggy around the ankle. Half size down feels snug but the leather and suede are soft enough they will stretch. I don't say that lightly because I have bunion issues. My toes are short so if the shoe is too long than the top opening hits my big toe in a spot behind the nail which hurts when I walk. Style is a perfect combo of a sandal and bootie. Heal height is a great for any occasion-even walking. My only disappointment is the lack of arch support. The bow shows best on the lighter colors. Purchasing in two colors.

Love this shoe, I forgot I even had on shoes, they are so comfortable. Saving up to buy the next pair.

The leather is extremely soft and feels so nice against the instep and sides of foot. The leather actually feels like an expensive pair of leather gloves. It’s not just another attractive shoe, but shockingly comfortable. Thank you.

I was a little worried about what size to get considering all the comments about the fit around the ankle, but I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly. The leather is soft and this is a great transition shoe.

I fell in love with this shoe the moment I saw it on Zappos. It was different and I liked that. It looked buttery soft even on the website and despite the price tag I took the plunge. Zappos, true to form, had it to me the next day (great service.) They were packaged with a lot of care and as I took them out of the box, I felt the softest leather for shoes. They were beautifully made and everything about them, the leather the zipper, the bow, the heel said "I'm worth every penny and then some!" It was my wide foot and high instep, that didn't agree :-(. Sadly, I had to return to Zappos, but once again their service shines on returns. It isn't the shoes fault I have wide feet and high insteps, but that's the reason for the 4 stars. If you do not have these problems, pounce on this Luna Bootie. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Zappos for the great service. Maybe Bernardo will make shoes in wide widths one day!

These Luna booties from Bernardo are just amazing! The leather truly is glove soft, and the Clay color is a cool tan/taupe, which looks GORGEOUS with white, and with denim! Cannot count the compliments I get when I wear them! But even more importantly, the way I feel when I wear them = a million bucks!

Due to several foot surgeries I have a hard time finding heels I can wear that don't hurt me. I was overjoyed these fit - are comfortable after walking in them outside for hours on vacation. I received compliments - the black suede is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

My new favorite shoes! They are so pretty. The leather is soft and they don't rub anywhere on my feet or ankles. The bow is so fun, and I receive compliment after compliment when I wear them. I've been wearing them with dresses to transition from summer to fall; and I'll be wearing them with jeans through the Fall season. Love them so!

Love these shoes. Beautiful shoe that fit perfectly out of the box. I wear a 6.5 M and was suprised how comfortable they felt right from the beginning. The style goes with everything---jeans, skirts, pants, dresses. The heel is a perfect height and because it is a wide, rounded shape feels very stable without looking clunky.

I read the reviews on this shoe and decided to order it. The expense is worth it. The shoe is truly beautiful Of the 7 pairs I ordered, this was the one which was so classy and 'buttery' as per the leather--I decided for the first time to spend this sort of money. Thank you for everyone who has taken the time to provide reviews up to this point!

A beautiful shoe, super comfortable. I wear a 7.5, and these were perfect. I just ordered them in black!

I usually wear a 6.5 but the 6.5 was too large around the ankle so I tried a half size down. The peep toe cuts me across by big toe. So, I am going to wait until it gets a little warmer and my feet will swell a bit and go back to try the 6.5 again but in the leather, just in case the prob;em with the toe area was because it was fabric. They are really adorable on the foot and the heel height was just right for me.

These are gorgeous! I wear a 9W and had to get an 8.5. They are very soft glove like leather! Had to send them back and order another pair as there was a split on the top of the white leather where the round open piece is by the toes....Also ordered them in the clay! Beautiful booties with cropped pants for spring and summer....They are quite comfy as well! Fit and feel better than some of my $500+ shoes! These should be a forever shoe in their line of shoes! Thanks Bernardo! Love them!!!!!

I haven't worn them yet so I might have to update later, but these are adorable. I so wish they weren't sooooo expensive!! I want them in more than one color but can't break the bank. I got them in an 8 and I'm sometimes an 8.5 so I'd say go for your smaller size, but that's typical for me with sandals.

They look amazing and very unique, the perfect shade of nude, I love it! I’d have liked these to have higher heels but there was nothing in between. I have to change the original order for a size 8. I’m normally size 7.

I normally cannot wear a high heel but these are only 1-3/4”. I was told they were designed by an architect and Jackie Onassis wore this brand as she had larger feet. So do I. I tried them on and was amazed they fit like a glove and as if they were made for me. They made my feet look smaller and so sophisticated. I have two pair now and plan to get a third when additional colors come out for Fall. They are expensive but worth the price.

I love these shoes. The leather is beautiful and the style makes me feel like Jackie o. My only complaint is that the knot on top presses painfully into the top of the foot after a few hours. But to size up would be too big. Still I've worn them several times and find they match anything. Despite only moderate arch support my feet aren't hurting by the end of the day. The heel absorbs shock as well and doesn't clack loudly.
