Very light, good ventilation. The sole expands when placing pressure, allowing more room in toe box. Very good traction. The texture is a bit scratchy, which is why only 4 stars. Wasn’t sure I was going to keep them at first, seemed tight/narrow. But, after wearing them more, I like them. I have Reebok nano 8 for my HIIT, strength training and prefer them. However, for the price (~1/2 of my Reeboks), they’re good everyday shoes and for those that want a decent training shoe but not ready for a $130 purchase.

This is my third pair of Nike Flex TRs (6 and 7 before this). I wear them for HIIT and kickboxing, and they're so light! I don't feel like I'm working out with weights on my feet (like I did with my old running shoes). I love love love this new style. I bought the white ones w/ the black triangle-shaped thingers on the sides, and the very first day I wore them to the gym, I had several compliments. These aren't folks who normally compliment shoes, so I know they really liked them! In short, highly recommend. They're super cute and get the job done like a boss.

I felt the arch support was light. For sure a casual shoe and not an exercise shoe

These shoes are super cute and comfortable for HIIT type workouts. I own them in another color. Definitely would recommend for strength training and HIIT classes. Probably not a great sneaker for running.

I was looking specifically for a light weight white shoe that was not big and bulky and had narrowed my choice down to the Flex and one other Nike brand. I used the the customer reviews to help me make my choice. One review stated that the Flex was roomy in the toe area and gave when putting the weight on the toe area. I made my decision based on this review and I am not disappointed. The Flex is very light weight and comfortable. It is roomy enough to still be comfortable when feet swell some in hot weather, but still fit otherwise.

I picked these up because I was experiencing some problems with fancier running shoes that had too much support for me. The Nike Flex series are such reliable shoes and I really like them for HIIT workouts and occasionally outdoor running. The grey/ice blue/white color scheme is really attractive. I really appreciate that they offer these shoes in wide AND in half sizes, since ideally I wear a 9.5 wide.

I love these shoes. I have a narrow foot, and they fit me fine. I wear them for weight training. I got the metallic grey color.

These fit a bit smaller than my previous pair of Flex TR 8s. I ordered them again when I needed new shoes after 6 months of training in them. They are a bit narrow, but I find most Nikes are. I wear these for HIIT workouts, walking, and running and these shoes are good for all three. I don't recommend them for rocky trails, as small pebbles get stuck in the soles.

I haven’t worn Nike’s in the past because they were too tight in the toe box for my wide foot. I was happy to see these in a wide width, purchased them, and they fit great! I love the style, the flexibility, and the support. New Nike customer!

Light weight and comfortable. The soft grey colour is just dark enough to hide scuffs and dirt.

I purchased these in a baby blue colour and I love them. They look good with jeans, pastels and were very comfortable to walk in on our mini vacation.

Great show at a great price. I typically don't wear Nike because of the fit, but these were true to size and light as a feather. I usually wear a 10.5 in a running shoe and these fit perfectly.

Was very pleased with my purchase. I wear a size 5 and many shoes I order are a little too big and have to be sent back. But these Nike’s fit perfectly. I love the style and color. And they are super comfy for walking, running, etc.

i really love these sneakers, i wear them all the time in the gym - they are great for 'working out' especially indoors or on the treat. I've had them for over a year and just ran my first 10k outdoors on a half trail/half pavement and the shock was horrendous! stick to indoor training with these ones - not saying they are bad trainers - they are amazing for HIIT, work out or classes but just not for running - i also run a size smaller in these.

These shoes are perfect for cross-training type work outs and have help up incredibly well! True to size and comfortable right out of the box.

Fit was spot on. I wear a 6.5, medium width and these felt like a 6.5, medium width. I use for cross training and I bought them for the little extra on the outside of the forefoot to keep my feet flat/prevent foot from rolling outward and these shoes accomplish this. Very comfortable, I could wear all day with no knee pain. This have some arch support but if you need a trainer with moderate arch support this may not be the shoe for you. The arch support is sufficient for me.

Fit was true, shoe is very comfortable and handles my HIIT classes like a champ. One year later and still enjoying the shoes.

Tween daughter has no complaints (and she’s not a sneaker lover). Loves the color and says it matches with a lot!
