If you’re in the market for new training shoes, stop overthinking it and get these. Perfect cross trainer. I’d compare them to Reebok Nanos or Nike Metcon for versatility just much more stylish. I’m a power lifter and into heavy endurance. Great for heavy squats into box jumps and then sled pushes. I bet I’d love them just as much if I wore to a group fitness kinda class. I’m a sneaker over thinker to the MAX and these checked all my boxes. Enjoy!

By far the best show I’ve ever bought for the gym (not typically a Nike fan)They fit nice and snug, and are great for cardio or even lifting.

I have been searching high and low for a pair of cross trainers that actually work for my feet. I do a lot of studio classes (bootcamps, HIIT) and weight training classes. I have a pair of Metcon's that I wear exclusively for weight training- can't do any running in those. I needed something that would fit the bill for cross training, including short running distances and lots of lateral movements. I couldn't get by with using my running shoes any longer. I found these by doing a Google search of the best all around cross-trainers. They were extremely comfy right out of the box. I have worn them to a few Orange Theory type classes, some HIIT classes and for some Body Pump classes. These are the only shoes that have ever worked for all of the classes I take. Size was pretty accurate. I'm always a 6 in Nike, a 6.5 in every other athletic shoe. The 6 fit perfectly. I'm tempted to get another pair now to have as a backup just in case something happens to the pair that I have!

I sized up 1/2 a size from an 11 to an 11.5, and these fit great!! The support is outstanding compared to other training shoes that I own. I wish I had gotten these sooner and am comtempltaing getting them in another color. I’ve worn them for HIIT training, bootcamp classes, and group fitness classes, and these have not disappointed yet! I almost feel like the shoe lace is pointless since the shoe is one piece of fabric- there’s no tongue. If you need a new training shoe with good support, get these!!

Excellent training sneaker. I took two HIIT classes and treadmill to weightlifting classes and these sneakers held up really well. Felt great support during multifunctional exercises.

I really don't like Nike, but I ordered a few sneakers to try them out. These sneakers felt incredible!! They actually feel like you are walking on air, but with support. I was nervous about the high tongue and the back of the ankle, but it's not a problem at all. I just received them so I haven't tried them at the gym yet, but I can't imagine there will be a problem.

Absolutely LOVE these. I ordered them in white and they are just such great looking shoes! Definitely a little tight in the toe area, but I kind of like the snugness, but others may not. Really great fit even though it doesn't have a tongue. Could have lived with some additional arch support, but these are great shoes for working out. Would highly recommend!

These fit and look great! Slip on and off without needing to be untied. The only downsides are the back and front come up kinda high and can rub the ankle the wrong way. I wear them for an hour workout class but wouldn’t wear them longer for that reason alone. Also beware the soles have tiny holes in them by design and pick up EVEY tiny rock on the sidewalk and they get jammed in there and never come out! Then when you walk you hear this scraping and they feel uneven because of all the rocks stuck underneath!

Went from box to gym and no problems. No blisters, no slips, not too tight! Heel support is awesome. After gym my heels felt good and not sore! I recommend for sure. Love them!

If you're using these with socks and/or for running, go up half a size! I am wearing them to weight train, NO socks, and they are borderline too small. I'm keeping them as-is since I won't be doing high-impact activities in them, but otherwise the sizing would be a problem. As a point of comparison, I have the Nike Free RN in the same size and those don't feel as tight.

Shoe is comfortable and nice. I've gotten compliments. The sneaker does rub my heal. Need good socks to cover that area. Overall great sneaker. Recommend get a half size up.

Definitely buy a half size bigger than you usually buy - even if you are a regular Nike wearer. I'm a bit of a shoe snob. When it comes to my athletic shoes and socks I am very picky and I did a lot of research when I needed a new pair of shoes to wear to the gym to lift and do cardio. I am pleasantly surprised with these - they may take a bit of getting used to as they are so light and sort of fit like a sock (with a sole on it). I laughed as you almost don't need the laces for these - they fit like a glove - and they still have good support. I like these a lot

After a decade of lethargy, I started doing Orange Theory classes a few months ago. I used an old pair of shoes meant for walking when I started, and then decided I needed a pair for running, so I bought an expensive ($150) pair of Brooks that I thought would be great. After a few weeks (probably my fault — didn’t break my feet in to the new shoes), I decided the Brooks just weren’t working for the OT classes. Orange Theory classes always include time on the treadmill, rowing machine, and some exhausting weight lifting, so I needed stability when exhausted, as well as the running support. The Brooks felt too heavy during the class. Runners World recommended Nike Free TR 8 shoes for cross-training, and this color (white with blue and orangy-pink accents) was on sale at Zappos for just $70, so I decided to try them out. Wow! What a difference! I don’t want to take them off after working out! They are soooo comfortable and supportive. It hasn’t at all felt like I needed to break my feet into the shoes. Wearing them, I end up dancing in the kitchen while making dinner for my kids. I wish they’d been available (and on sale) in black, as the white has been getting dirtied from stretching exercises after class (but all white shoes would), but the comfort is so incredible that I don’t care. I just feel like jumping up and down and up and down in these shoes. Super awesome!

So comfortable. Was looking for an all purpose shoe to use for step aerobics, kickboxing, lifting, etc. Great mobility and the color is awesome. Haven’t bought a pair of Nike’s in awhile, definitely don’t regret this purchase.

This shoe has features that make it the perfect zumba shoe, but also good for cross training due to the surface at the heel, which gives grip when you need it say for speed walking but does not interfere for zumba which uses the front part of the shoe. I had TR6 and loved it. Tried on dozens of Nike's until finding this one. So happy!

These fit great, and I have a wider foot. My usual size 9 fit just right. I love that these just pull on without having to untie the laces, cuz I’m lazy like that. They’re light, and cute, and I love ‘em.
