Roomy toe box, cute style, moderate arch support. I’ve tried other Nikes that were too snug in the toe. These are the first I’ve found where I could wiggle my toes. The knit is comfy without being too loose and I love the look.

I really love these shoes. I previously owned a slightly different pair of flyknits, however this style has great ankle support. The flexibility of the shoe and sole makes them great for running, box jumps, and burpees. A great training shoe. Because this is a sock like shoe the fit is snug, however the sole is flexible so I don’t think you need to size up much if at all. My other pair are 8’s (my true size) but I did go up a half size because the ankle support felt like it might rub a bit. The 8.5s are perfect.

Great looking sneakers- I thought at first they were too narrow and I’m normally a medium width but then I loosened the laces duh and they were good!

This was one of 2 pair of Nike that I purchased. I needed something that I could do HIIT type cardio and also weight training in. This is difficult because when you are doing jumps and lateral movements you need cushion and some support laterally. This is exactly what you(I should say I, everyone is different) don't want in a weight training shoe. After years of lifting weights in a cardio style sneaker I finally get what everyone is talking about. These shoes that have a bit less cushion and keep your feet closer to the ground give you great contact and support to the floor. These Nike Flyknit are great for that. Free TR 8, has even a bit more of that feeling. I am able to do HIIT training and cardio like step in them...but I feel myself thinking a little more cushion would be nice here. So...My review is this...these are great sneakers and I love them. I have accepted the fact that I will need different sneakers for different workouts. Problem solved. The only issue was the size. I ordered an 8 in these and that was a little too big. I went to 7.5...that works. The Free TR 8, I ordered 7.5...needed and 8. God Bless the customer service people at Zappos. You are saints for dealing with me. My feet are happy...and of course I'm looking for more sneakers... :-)

Snug fit, felt too narrow

I love Nike Flyknit! I bought my first pair a year or so ago and I feel like I'll never go back to traditional athletic shoes. These are just so much more comfortable! The colors in this particular pair are so nice. The Free TR Flyknit felt about a half size bigger than my other flyknits. I ended up having to exchange the size 7 for a 6.5.

these shoes are so comfortable and have good arch support. (the site will only let me choose moderate and excellent.) . they were not my first choice as to style but as to comfort they were. i have relatively narrow feet, high arches, and pronation. i walk a lot and wanted something that had good support. the only thing i did not love was the sole. sounds crazy but they are white and looked like they might pick up small pebbles and they do a bit. i recommend them.

I agree with other reviewers that this runs 1/2 size large - all my sneakers are an 8 and that size was too large in this style. I previously wore the Nike Free TR (not flyknit) in an 8 and that was much too large this time. The shoe is super comfortable and seems to hug my foot in all the right places but still has a roomy toe box and enough room when I’m forward in the shoes for sled pulls, box jumps, etc. Both my husband and my trainer said how good they looked - without prompting! I would highly highly recommend!

I usually wear an 8.5 in Nike shoes and these fit fine. Super cute and comfortable. Cones up a little higher on the ankle which gives extra support.

These shoes are super comfy and look great too. I used them for floor exercises and have different shoes for running as I have very high arches and need a lot more cushion for that. I got them in my usual sneaker size and fit perfectly.

The fit is fantastic—snuggly supportive around arch, comfortably roomy in toe-box, fits well in heel. My foot feels “cradled” and supported, but no uncomfortable binding or friction. Extremely comfortable. Great balance of support and flex that’s perfect for gym and studio work outs. As s bonus, love the way the look and I’ve received lots of compliments on them. Extremely happy with fit, function, look.

I love these shoes! Not only are they cute but they fit my feet perfectly. For those of you that have narrow heals and wide feet these can't be beat!

These are a perfect fit for me. They are narrow in the heal and wide in the foot just what I need.

I loved these shoes from the minute I put them on. Having to retire my old Nike flyknit for these because they have become too narrow for my feet. These give me the perfect fit I need for a narrow heel and a wide foot. Just the right amount of cushion but not enough to make them a bulky heavy shoe. They are also very cute!

These are replacing my old free run flyknit shoes. I love the better combination of the flyknit feel with much more support in the ankle and more cushion in the footbed. All in all these are exactly what I hoped they would be.

In general, I tend to be a 9-9.5 in most NON- athletic shoes, and have been a size 10 in Nike's for as long as I can remember. I needed a new HIIT / cross-training shoe to replace my Nike Free TR 6 (size 10). Upon reading the reviews for this shoe, I felt confident the size 10 would do the trick. Welp, not this round. The 10 was a good 1/2 size too big - not sure if it's something to do with the flyknit (which seems like a soft, stretchy material), or what the heck is going on. I even put it up against my Free TR 6 for size comparison, and there was some definite overhang (flyknit has the white sole). Suffice it to say, the 9.5 fits much better, and the shoe is super comfortable. The one beef I have with it is how it comes up higher in the back, so a little more than a no-show sock is needed (depending how low your no-shows are).

I am IN LOVE with these shoes!!!! I am a huge fan of the flyknit runners (have had 4 pairs over the last 4 years!) and wanted to try these for the ankle support. I workout 4-5x a week and love that I can go from heavy weightlifting to cross training and WODs! I usually wear an 8.5- 9. In this flyknit, I found the 8.5 to fit my foot better. I have skinny heels, so the 9 slipped too much with jumping movements.

These shoes were true to size. I needed a good shoe to support for training class and light weight lifting. These shoes are comfortable and support your feet, even doing lunges my feet did not slide around. I highly recommend these trainers.

I really like these shoes. I was able to do a lot of walking comfortably. Stability is an issue for me, and these were good and keep me going for a long time.

True to size, moderate arch support, I am using these for Beachbody HIIT training and they work great. Not for running but good for at home exercising or general walking about. Stylish and comfortable.

Amazing. This is my favorite shoe so far from the flyknit collection.
