very comfortable, and does not hurt the heal of foot! Bought these for a work shoe, where I walk and stand most of the day.

I like the look & feel of these shoes but the 9 was too short & the 9.5 was too loose.

I love these shoes. I usually wear a 9 and tried on a pair of 9's at a local store but they were too big and they didn't have an 8 1/2 so I ordered them from Zappos and they fit just right. I gave it 5 stars for comfort based on the type of shoe it is. There is no way a shoe this light is going to have the support and padding that a tie up athletic shoe has. So as long as you aren't expecting that you won't be disappointed. I just love being able to slip them on and go for a walk or run errands without having to tie up a heavy athletic shoe. I like the way this style doesn't come up quite as high on the top of your foot like the original "Go Walks" And I love Zappos fast shipping. They are the best.

This is a cute shoe! It is like a cross between a ballet flat and a shoe, but sadly, it did not work for me as do so many ballet flat styles since I have a slightly higher arch. Although the shoe is light and flexible, it seemed to have reasonably good support and comfort. In addition, it felt true to size and width. While it did not work out for me, overall I thought this was a nice shoe, so I gave it 5 stars in all three categories. Definitely worth a look!

Love this shoe! IT IS MY 3RD PAIR AND SO COMFORTABLE.

I love the design of this shoe. Most of the Go Walk SKECHERS come up too high on the vamp, but this one doesn't and looks less "old ladyish." Unfortunately, it feels narrower than it should and also not as long. It is light weight, but that also means it has less arch support. I'm sad to have to return this shoe because the design is exactly what I was looking for.

Cute and comfortable except with my custom orthotics in place. Since the insole cannot be removed, the orthotic has to sit on top, which makes it impossible to walk. :(
