I love these shoes! I have wide feet and they fit great. I also have to wear a 1/2 inch lift in one shoe and these shoes accommodate that just fine. I find them very comfortable, I like the look of them and, unlike another review, I do not find the material stiff and plastic like. I have worn Keens for years, but something has changed with Keen and I now find the soles uncomfortable. These shoes are my new everyday shoe.

With Oboz shoes I wear a half size larger. My feet like the firm feel of Oboz footbeds and I love the style of these Campster shoes. They manage to feel roomy without looking clunky. The swiveling heel strap is a great idea for people like me who want a back strap but tend to tread it down. Unfortunately when I wore these sandals around the house the little toe of my right foot kept snagging on the webbing. This little piggy cried "no, no, no!" so I have to return them.

Run 1/2 size small. So cute but hurt my flat feet. They do have good arch support but not enough for me.

I was looking for a shoe to replace my Keens H2. The Campster would work as a kick around town shoe but didn't feel sturdy enough to tackle light hiking and more rugged terrain. The flip-up backstrap is pretty ingenious and a nice feature, but I wish there was a way to tighten it when it its behind the heel. Overall I'd recommend it for it's look, but just wasn't what I was looking for this time.

I usually wear a 9, and based on reviews ordered a 9.5. This fits perfectly! I have no rubbing, and the shoes are comfortable and cute. I would love even more arch support, but there is a bit there, so better than nothing. I was really looking for something that dries more quickly than my Keen sport sandals. I wear them camping on a lake, and once the Keens are wet, it takes forever for them to dry out. I just got these Oboz Campsters wet and they dried much more quickly, exponentially more quickly, than the Keens. The flip forward heelstrap is nice, but honestly doesn't look as nice with it flipped forward. Overall, I am thrilled with this purchase!

Looks wide enough but hurt my small toes. Had a solid arch but not enough for my feet. Loved the look.

Great idea! Terrible material. Love the flip back strap idea for slide-ons or more secure walking. But the material feels harsh, stiff, like hardened plastic. Pretty ugly too. Too bad ...

It’s love. I’ve tried several pairs of Keens and the sizing was so inconsistent that I gave up on the brand altogether. So glad I found these for an upcoming trip.

I bought a pair of Campsters to take on a Grand Canyon float trip. I wore them on the river, on the trail, and around camp. The back strap can be used to secure your foot or moved forward to allow the shoes to slip on easily, a feature they borrowed from Crocs. However, these shoes have more style than a piece of molded plastic while weighing only slightly more. Unlike a more open river sandal, these kept stones and pebbles from getting under my foot - and they offered more protection from stubbed toes while hiking.
Now that I'm back, I've got them parked by the door so I can slip them on when I go outside or run errands. Obviously, I love these shoes and have been impressed that they look so good after what they've been through. I like them so much that I bought a "spare" pair when I got back. Hopefully, Bozeman bootmaker Oboz will keep making these.

Keens out. Oboz in. I love them. Slip on for kayaking and hanging out, ‘action strap’ for biking and hiking! Wore them for 21,000 steps (Newport Cliff Walk) on day one. Normal size is 8.5. I got a 9 based on reviews. Happy feet.

The fit seemed true to size (10), like the style, the color (grey/coral) but disappointed in the arch support ...I expected better. .. but will keep them anyway. I just can't walk any distance in them.
I'd also recommend:

Love the shoes, perfect to stuff your feet in quickly or if I am walking a lot I use the back strap. They are narrow which is fine for my foot but I went up 1/2 size for the length.

Normally a 9 but need s 9.5 as they run small which is typical of all Oboz shoes. Really comfortable.

Love these shoes. It is so convenient that you can use them as a slip on or use the behind the ankle strap. Get a size larger than you run though. I am a 9 but had to return the 9 and get the 9.5. The f 9.5 fits perfect and their customer service was great during the return process.

I'm usually a 7.5, sometimes 8. Got 8 based on a different pair of Oboz I have - the arch support hits me wrong in 7.5, even though the length is right. Unfortunately, these flew off my flat, narrow feet if I used them as slip-ons. When I tried them with the strap behind, one side kept sliding down. Returned them because of that. Don't want to have to wear thick socks with sandals!

As suggested by other reviewers, I DID size UP 1/2 size. Odd fit, I found banding tight around toes, and magenta stitching in lower front center rubbed on toe, as that area where webbing was tight/narrow. Did not feel nylon rugged webbing would give/stretch much. So back they go. Foot bed fit on 1/2 size larger, just fit.

Had to go up a half size because the top is so rigid could not get my high arch in them. Like the moving strap idea though it is really bulky, not laying on top of shoe when it is forward - it stands up/out quite a bit. Plus has a useless small strap on top of the bigger strap so it sticks out even more. I think the overhead shot is very misleading. Looks and feels like crocs. Very light weight but not as cool (in temperature or looks as I had hoped). Not as much arch support as my usual keens but not a problem so far. Want a slide with my toes covered and was looking to replace "whisper keen" slide. Moveable strap is a great idea but this one needs improvement.

I usually am a size 7 in my shoes, including some other Oboz shoes that I’ve had but after reading reviews, decided to size up to 7.5. Fit is good at 7.5, just a wee bit long although had I gotten a 7, I think the strap would have been a bit tight and I wouldn’t have had as much room in the toe area. Would recommended getting a half size up from your usual size as others have suggested.

These are really cute and I would have loved them if the arch support wasn't so far forward that it was in the wrong place! I have pretty high arches, which actually places more pressure on the parts of the foot that aren't arched. Because of this, I can really feel a big lump under the base of the big toe bones when the arch is too far forward, so it's like walking on a rock stuck in your shoe at all times. It's so very very unfortunate because the shoe is cute and I love the convertible idea. I looked it over to see if sizing up might bring the arch to a better spot, but the front to back sizing of the shoe was right, and I'd end up with too much heel or toe length if I were to size up.
So, if you have high arches this shoe may not work for you. However, if you don't then perhaps you won't have issues with the forward arch placement.

Very comfortable. I wear them to work. I do want to mention that I am not on my feet all day. Probably would be less comfortable if I were on my feet all day. Make sure you order a 1/2 size larger.

These shoes felt awful and gave me horrible blisters. I didn't keep my box so I can't return them.
