These really are one of the BEST socks on the market! Not only do the keep your feet warm and wick any moisture, but the hold up washing after washing, year after year. I have a number of pair that I’ve been wearing for a couple years. You can dry them in the drier, but I’ve chosen not to and hang them up to dry. I also turn them inside out when tossing them in the washer, that seems to cut down on any pilling. Great socks!!

DARN TOUGH boosts about the quality and long life of thier sockS. It is absolutely TRUE. I wear them 3 seasons of the year.I sized my ski boots to accomidate them. I have several pair that have lasted betwen 10 and 20 years! What a great product. Sizing is toally accurate. They can go through the cloth dryer, I prefer to air dry them after washing.

Fits well, tight around the calves but kept my feet warm. Will definitely buy these socks again.

These actually fit. Many of the XL styles are way too tight. These are very comfortable.

I discovered Darn Tough socks after watching videos produced by some thru-hikers of the Appalachian Trail. The hikers raved about Darn Tough socks and I knew I had to try them. Fast forward a few years and I now have several pair of these socks that I wear religiously during the cooler months. If you haven't experienced these socks, I would highly recommend giving them a try. I would put these above SmartWool socks as that is probably the biggest other brand I've tried in this category.

I really loved this sock and desperately wanted to keep it. Just too thick for what I was looking for. Extremely comfortable and well made. Great quality. Would definitely have multiple pairs of this sock if it had about half the cushion.

My hubby LOVES these!! I found it almost impossible to find thick BROWN wool socks so I was thrilled when I came across these!!! Hubby said they’re extremely warm and very uncomfortable...so it’s a big thumbs up for us! ????

Fit and size are good. Quality is the best. Soft , comfortable and warm. Rated overall the best hiking sock available by many. Can’t beat the lifetime waranty. I have several pairs for different needs.

I've always wanted to try these, and I do like them a lot. However, I was surprised to see slight pilling at the heel area after wearing them with my boots. I wouldn't expect that from Darn Tough socks. I'm fairly certain they will last a long time as they otherwise seem durable and comfortable. I was just surprised, and don't see that with some of my other, less expensive boot socks.
