Cute purse but the narrow bottom means it falls over every time I put it down. Since I am not always good about zipping the top of my purse, especially at home, this is a deal breaker for me.

Things I like: the long strap; flat bottom that makes for efficient storage in the bag and keeps the purse upright on its own; overall smallish size; deep enough but not too deep; beautiful, study leather Things I am not thrilled with: no "buttons" on the bottom of the bag to keep the leather off the surface when it is not being worn; no outside pocket; inner pocket not deep enough or narrow enough to easily carry a smartphone upright - my iPhone6 fits lengthwise; the grommets on the strap are a bit more obvious than I would like; I would like more choice in color Bottom line: this is a nice, well-made purse with a long strap that works well for me. I would buy again.

I love this bag. Its the perfect size and always my go to when I need to ditch my other purses for a secure crossbody. When I say "secure" I mean for example going to a concert, a day in the city or anywhere where I know I'll need my purse close to me and zipped up. I have had this bag now for 1 year - used as an every day purse for about 3 months and then stored and only used when I needed it and now I am back to using it as an everyday purse for the holiday season since I'll be out so much in the crowds. Only thing that I don't like is that I am used to big wallets and this purse although it can accommodate a big wallet.. a small wallet fits better, especially if you carry a make-up bag, hand lotion and a few other thing. The feel of this purse is super smooth but thick and sturdy. I would 100% recommend.

Disappointed with handbag. The leather is more of a pebbled hard leather and looks cheap. Not at all as expected. The style is nice but again, not at all what I would expect from coach.

I love this bag! I now have two - One in a gray shade and just purchased the Yellow/Sunflower. I had been searching for a yellow bag for the summer and finally gave in to the same bag I own because it is perfect! The size is excellent - I can fit all the essentials in this bag plus more when needed and hands-free crossover is a must! Great quality. Highly recommend.

Lovely bag. Have several crossbody bags. Liked this one for the size. Not too small but not too big. Just right.

I am happy with this purse. I would consider the size closer to medium. It's really a great size for everyday. I only wish there was an outside pocket to make it perfect!!

Very high quality leather classic bag. Great adjustable strap and bonus-inside zippered pocket that I can not live without.

Extremely nice bag. Watch the video on how to make the handle a shoulder strap instead of a crossbody. This leather will last forever. Very high quality.

This carries a lot more than what it looks like it would. Wish it also had a top handle.

VERY nice purse ... good size - fits my wallet, phone, lip gloss, earphones, and other essentials ... and it zips shut so is secure. Good length on the strap so it does fit well as a crossbody for me. Leather has a substantial feel without being overly heavy. Highly recommend.

I love this bag! I got the Flax, I can’t wait to wear it for spring and summer this year. It’s definitely a keeper. My boyfriend says it’s more of a brown, I say more of a mustard yellow. Either way, totally cute and roomy.

Great item and quality. Did not care for the color.

Thus bag holds a TON! And it is not huge either. The only downside is that there is no top handle, so it is hard to hold when making a purchase or getting anything out.

I was attracted to this bag for the color, however the bag is a little lackluster in person. Perhaps it needs to be moisturized. On the positive, it holds the essentials and it is light weight on my shoulder.

It's a nice purse, the only issue is the strap. I bought the purse because I wanted an adjustable strap. The purse looks great with the strap positioned to be worn long. However, when the strap is adjusted to be worn short, like a shoulder bag, there is nowhere to tuck the loose ends of the straps.
