I love these. I exculsively wear Birkenstocks. Whilst these do not provide the original footbed I love, they're well designed for flats. They're incredibly comfortable, stylish (so long as you know these won't be as dressy as normal flats), & structurally sound. I usually wear a size 8-9 in normal shoes & 40 in Birkenstocks. Even with Birkenstock sandals a 39 is too short, yet these Birkenstock flats were perfect in 39...so to say the sizing is a bit off. Other thing to note is they've got a bit of a lift in them. Less than 1 inch I'd say, yet still lifted (platform style, not heel style.) These were just what I wanted.

Runs a bit narrow compared to most Birkenstock’s but maybe just size up and you’ll likely be good.

I was hoping to love them, but the hemmed suede at the front of the shoe hits the joint on my big toe that is swollen with arthritis. It hurts so bad when I put on the shoe that I think I’m going to have to return them. This makes me sad as I love everything else about these shoes. If only that part of the shoe were a little softer. Unfortunately, I don’t think it will ever be able to be stretched out enough to not irritate my arthritic toe joint.

Love these Birkenstocks! I've been wearing Birkenstocks for about 15 years and they are always comfortable and stylish. These are no exception. Good support. Great for work. I would recommend if you are a fan of this brand.

I really wanted to like these shoes but there were uncomfortable. Great arch support but the elastic back pushed my feet forward. They're going back

I read reviews and sized down- but that was too small- so I returned and ordered my regular size- much better- slightly wide-

Arch support is not as good as in other Birkenstocks I own.

I had to reorder one size smaller. It runs big. I have a heel issue that made the elastic uncomfortable. Having to return. ?

My first pair were WAY big. One shoe also had a dark smudge. I returned those to receive the correct size. The shoes certainly look different than all my other Birks. However, they still feel like heaven on my feet!

I love these shoes! I love the color, style and it has great arch support. I feel like they run slightly smaller, but the next size up would be too big and flop on my foot. Will be ordering these in black!! So cute and comfy!!

Cute shoe. a little too long in length for my wide foot. The heel slipped off when I walked!

The Celina II is a YUUUUGE improvement over the original Celina (I'm channeling my inner Bernie Sanders in the use of YUUUGE :) I think the addition of the taller heel section helped them stay on my feet, but my toes were smooshed at the front of the shoe. I'm afraid if I went up a size I'd walk right out of them. I wish Birkenstock would bring back the Maria clog or Paris shoe- either style could be warn in the transitional spring weather or in a freezing office in the summer.

The fit is weird. It feels fine length-wise, but the elastic doesn't feel like it will hold your foot in and it rubbed in a strange way. I was afraid I would get blisters from it. I wanted them to work, they are just what I was looking for, but I had to return them.

I really wanted to make this work, but the size is just too big ( i already ordered the smallest size) , the shoe just keeps on falling off. This is a great shoe with great arch support.

I really wanted these to work. Some feedback: why oh why does anyone make shoes with elastic around the top edge - they force your foot to the front of the shoe thereby jamming your toes into the toe of the shoe - NOT GOOD. This is why I returned them. Otherwise, they are flattering/cute - (not elegant - cute) because the toe is very round, not almond which is what I need for my wide-ish feet and upturned big toes. My foot is exactly between a M and W and these would have worked for that. The length was a little roomy but that's because they don't come in half sizes. They have arch support and also a met dome. It seemed a little hard to me but I assume it'd soften up and my foot would adjust too. Leather was very soft-I assume no break in period needed. Good sole structure - you wouldn't feel every rock or bump you stepped on. I returned only because of the elastic - it's a shame, really. :(

I like the removeable insole that is true Birkenstock and may even use it in other flats. The toe box on the Celina feels a little tight and the overall arch support is much less than the Arizona, but it is a nice simple slip-on shoe. The sale price was excellent.

Cute, cute, cute but couldn't walk more than a few steps in them. The elastic pushed my foot forward in the shoe and smushed my toes against the front.

I hd to return these. The size I normally wear in birk shoes was a little too big and my heel slipped all the way out. A size smaller, which is my normal birk sandal size, was just slightly too short and my toes rubbed the end, and my heel still slipped. As others have said, if you are a person who normally has trouble finding this style of shoe to fit in the heel, these will slip. If you do not have a narrow heel, these would be very comfortable with good arch support.

I was truly hoping this would feel just like my Birkenstocks, only in a shoe. I wear a 37 sandal and the 37 here was very tight. The 38 was too big. Lesson learned, order up a size but they may not fit regardless. i'll keep waiting for a Birkenstock shoe as amazing as a sandal!

I typically wear a 37 so that is the size I ordered. I really wanted these to work. They are so cute and comfy, but due to a lack of a toe bar, my foot would slide forward and I walked out of them. I tried to make them work, even wearing thin footies/socks with them to see if the socks would be enough to hold things in place, but alas, it isn't meant to be. If I ordered the 36, they would be too tight across the forefoot and too short in the toes. I have a short, fairly wide foot. I wish these worked, but I am sending them back. :(

Smallish toe box. Very cute shoe but had to return.

Not sure what to say about the size of these. My feet are somewhat different lengths but I usually have no problem wearing a 40 in Birkenstocks on both feet! With these, one foot was slipping out but the top of the big toe of the other foot was rubbing painfully against the toe box. I would’ve had to size one up and one down. They looked cute and seemed to have good arch support but I can’t be certain since they were too awkward to wear much before returning.

I wanted to love these. They are cute and had good arch support and cushioning, but like someone else noted, my toe was hitting in the front. After walking around the house for a few hours, I realized they weren't going to work. Back they went.

I waited for months and months for my size to become available in this style so when I ordered size 41 / 10-10.5 (I normally wear a size 10) I was hugely disappointed that they were too small. Could have been ok if my heel rested all the way against the back of the shoe, but for whatever reason it did not and my toe hit the front. After returning those I ordered the next size up (size 42 / 11-11.5) and they were waaaaay too big.
